The hotel is in a great location! Very convenient to the Academia Bridge, San Marco Square, and 2 vapperetto stops. The staff was very friendly & helpful, and our room was large and quite lovely.

Well located and clean but reception only open from 0730-1400. Not clear on the website, and perhaps not as good for solo travellers as advertised.

Positive stay. Thankful for their flexibility with check-in and checkout.

The location of this lovely little hotel is excellent, about 10 minutes walk to the St. Marco square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast is served 8-10am. The bathroom was a pretty tight space, not as comfortable, but it had everything we needed. I would recommend the place.

Nice location, beautiful small hotel, courteous staff. First time in Venice, couldn’t ask for any more out of a hotel. Recommended.

Loft room not a lot of ceiling space, felt a little claustrophobic location was good & nice breakfast easy check in.
