A relatively modern express hotel! The buffet even has an American coffee machine. Verona is Juliet's home!

Decent size room, decent breakfast buffet and friendly service. Otherwise nothing particularly memorable and outstanding. Fairly quiet rooms. Can improve on little but easy details: Should offer a soap dish for having somewhere to put the soap bar without leaving a mess ;-)

This hotel is NOT 4 star property! It’s very basic, lacks basic amenities, primitive breakfast, inconveniently located far from the city centre (we used bus which is affordable but runs whenever the driver wants- the schedule is just a general idea). AC is regulated by the front desk, the thermostat in the room is disabled. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Its definetely not a 4 star hotel it looks more like a 3 star and has a bad location not many restos in the neighbourhood. verona center is close by car or bus..

Very friendly and helpful staff. The old town is a short drive from the hotel and there is parking on the roadside outside. Rooms were clean and sufficiently large. Breakfast is the normal continental fare but very nice nonetheless. When you enter the breakfast hall they very helpfully offer to make you a hot drink (capuccino, hot chocolate etc). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel near our friend's house. We appreciated the smiling faces that greeted us, as we knew little Italian or English. Breakfast was delicious and our stay was enjoyable.

Nice place. I met a receptionist called Erika and OMG, such a great person she is. Her personality is exceptional. She helped me with the check-in and even when I didn’t know how the lights worked, she walked me through it. Also the good part, she helped me sooo much in pulling off a birthday surprise for my fiancé. She was very friendly and welcoming to both of us. Also, for an Italian to also speak such good english made communication soo much easier. I will definitely come back to this Hotel and please I need Erika at the reception 😌 Last but not least I am traveller and she’s the best receptionist I’ve met in my entire life of travelling and lodging in Hotels. I wish to comment on the helpful, efficient and professional attitude of Receptionist Shciadey. She was a diamond! Also the friendly service of Marta in the dining room who made cappucino for us every morning

My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in the morning after a long flight. we were supposed to stay there for 3 nights. They had breakfast area that was very minimal. We asked if we could have some coffee while waiting for our room. We were told that there would be a 8 euro charge per person since we had just arrived. It wasn't the matter of money at all just they were soooo cheap about it. The location of the hotel was totally misrepresented. It was not close to anything as they advertised. When we got our room it was very dirty. Nasty Stains on the wall next to the bed.( I don't want to even guess what it may have been but it was disgusting). There was no hot water and when I called the front desk they said they will turn it on. Rally? wow The rooftop they advertise is a joke. Mainly it was the nasty room. We decided that we will not stay in this hotel and we told the front desk. We told them about the dirty wall and we were told that they will clean it. Totally unacceptable hotel. We walked out. Had a difficult time finding another hotel but fortunately we found one at 7 PM. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.............

This was an ideal location (10 minutes walk) as I was working at the Jobs Orienta fair at the exhibition centre. The hotel was basic but comfortable, there was no kettle in the room but the receptionist was able to provide this when I asked. The breakfast was good but a big shout out to the staff who were friendly and very helpful, especially the receptionist Shciadey and the waitress Marta.

The hotel is located close to public transportation to the main attractions. The hotel is genuinely nice, everything is new and designed very well. The breakfast is excellent. The parking is freestyle. The price is particularly good. Everything is clean. We enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended

We came by car and needed parking, and as parking options in town was very hard to find we choose this hotel with parking in same building. Bus connections just outside the hotel to city, took approximate 30 min in total from hotel to city. Bus tickets are 1,3 euro. There is even busses late night. We went to the opera one night (that is a must do in Verona, the opera!) and could take the bus back to hotel. Staff friendly, rooms clean and big, breakfast was good with a lot of choices and the roof top garden was nice to sit have a drink. We would stay here again if we come to Verona by car. Great value for money.
