Very helpful staff. Only stayed two nights but they were very very understanding Very good wine bar next to the hotel Staff helped me find shops etc. You can leave your luggage with the hotel Mark was helpful. Thank you Thank for being so helpful. Much appreciated

The air conditioning didn't work even though it was over 30 degrees at night, the sheets were dirty, the grout in the bathroom moldy (although the bathroom was recently redone), the double bed squeaked every movement, and the children's single beds were hard

The hotel is very well located in the city center, the staff is friendly, smiling and gives good advice. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the wifi simple to connect and fast. The breakfast (included in the price) is varied and the pastries made daily. The price of parking opposite is very correct (less than 5€ for the night). There are many restaurants within walking distance.

I didn't know about this establishment yet. I recommend it for its location, right in the center, no need for your vehicle, restaurants all around. Very pleasant and attentive staff.

Waking up in the middle of the night, I find a dozen COCKROACHES running on the neighboring pillow and the wall. The night watchman will change my room, but the night is ruined. When I have the boss on the phone the next morning and I mention a possible refund (even partial) she will evade by telling me that the room has been condemned pending the intervention of a specialized company and that very often, this are the customers who bring this kind of insects…..

Hotel certainly well located in the city center, which really deserves a refresh, especially the floors (carpet which is a little dated, and unpleasant smell), TV which did not work, breakfast tray in basic room, courteous and rather pleasant welcome, security well managed for underground parking access

When I arrived, the lady at the reception told me that I would not have a TV because it was broken, so I asked her for a room with a TV that worked, and she told me that customers when they come did not It's not for watching TV because they are on vacation, so I tell her that I'm not on vacation but that I come for work and being all alone, in the evening it makes me feel present, obviously she doesn't understand. I told her that I chose and paid for a room with TV, she told me no but it was in the room presentation sheet when booking. A Mr comes up behind me and she tells me I'm going to take care of Mr while I think about what other room she can give me with a TV. So I wait and when she receives the mr asks her if it bothers him to have a TV or not because she says "the lady bothers her", so I'm there, she talks about me to a customer that I don't know , in front of me as if I was not there. It was inappropriate and uncomfortable, I told her that what she was doing was not polite. She tells me there's nothing bad. I just wanted to leave but having paid on the website and it is not refundable, I still asked her to reimburse me and I would find another hotel with TV, she told me that it was not her who decides on the reimbursement but the site. I call the site and the mr tells me that it is the hotelier who decides and not the site, so she lied to me. Not great

Hotel a little dilapidated considering the price per night. Pleasant staff. Breakfast served in the room rather generous.

A fantastic stay

Josiane, notre organisatrice en évènementiels, nous a organiser le couchage de notre séjour dans un hôtel, à taille humaine, au calme et au cœur de la ville historique, entre le théâtre de l'Esplanade et la sous-préfecture, l’Hôtel de Provence***, au 11 Boulevard Georges Clemenceau, Centre Hermès, à Draguignan. Etablissement confortable, et convivial, tenu par Pascal et son équipe, depuis 2023, et connu précédemment, durant 18 ans comme l’hôtel, contemporain, IBIS Styles, du groupe Accor. Un établissement créé en 1996, et géré, durant 9 ans sous son appellation d’origine d’Hôtel Provence. Hôtel rénové en 2009, sur quatre étages, disposant de 38 chambres, tout confort, spacieuses, insonorisées, avec climatisation, salles de bains privatives, sèches cheveux, et cabinets de toilettes, séparés, sauf dans les 2 chambres double standard de PMR, chambre communicante et chambre familiale de 5 personnes et garde d’enfants, possible sur demande, accessible par l’ascenseur, écran plat de télévision, mini bar. Un parking privé, payant, sur réservation, en sous-sol, à hauteur maximale d’accès de 1,m90, avec borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique. Un local pour vélos, une connexion Wi Fi, gratuite, un bar, avec possibilité de déjeuners emballés, une réception en cinq langues, avec conseil touristique et consigne à bagages, un salon d’accueil, avec télévision, fauteuils et canapés, une salle de petit déjeuner, une salle de réunion ou réception, de 15 personnes, au 1er étage, et autres petits services, dont blanchisserie, complètent l’inventaire. Le petit déjeuner, continental, en buffet, est copieux et varié, avec les classiques produits sucrés et salés, boissons fraîches et boissons chaudes, mais aussi, des produits locaux et des fruits de saison. Petit déjeuner, en chambre, sur demande. Nous sommes enchantés de nos 2 deux nuitées, en trois chambres double standard.

Accueil très professionel . Le petit-déjeuner excellent. Des chambres remisent au goût du jour. Et un nouveau directeur passionné et motivé. Super équipe. Hôtel bien situé au centre de draguignan avec commerces à proximité Parking privé .

Personnels extrêmement agreable, l'hôtel est extrêmement vieillissant,les parties communes et surrout les chambres ( mobilier, sdb ...etc ) Réellement besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement....

Chambre et parties collectives très propres. Hébergement tranquille, bien placé dans le centre juste à côté du théatre, du marché et des restaurants. Petit déjeuner sucré-salé, buffet à volonté, compris dans le prix, raisonnable et d'un excellent rapport qualité prix). Parking très facile, gratuit ou très bon marché. Accueil au top : bienveillance et professionnalisme de l'équipe.

Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité . Un accompagnement jusqu'au garage et une aide bienvenue. Chambre agréable et spacieuse. petit déjeuner copieux. Je reviendrai.
