The service was exelent by very professional and helpful staff. Food (breakfast) was very good and well organised. Inroom facilities is also very excellent and the room was literally spotless. The A/C really was the cherry on the cake. I been to a vast number of hotels in Malta and this is really one of the top choices for me.

Really fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff available to give "tourist" advice. The entrance is located inside a shopping center but the elevator to go up to the room floor only works with the room card key so as to prevent anyone from gaining access. Double key, super breakfast provided from sweet to savory, fruit, wide choice of drinks and some freshly cooked dishes on request. Everything related to the coffee shop is prepared expressly, there is no usual coffee machine. Availability to book in-room massages or individual or group yoga and pilates lessons. Very spacious and clean room with a small balcony. I loved that the bathroom had a bathrobe, slippers, heated towel rail, toiletries and even a mini sewing kit and a disposable wet wipe specifically for cleaning shoes. Well-stocked mini bar in the room and in the corridor there is a shoe polishing machine with the possibility of choosing the color between black, brown and grey. It was a fantastic experience, we felt pampered and spoiled, I would go back one hundred and ten percent!

It was very convenient because it was in the center of the city and there was a supermarket in the ba*****t. All the staff were kind and I had nothing but good impressions. Slippers and bathrobes were also included, so I was able to spend a comfortable life in the room. I don't know if it's the staff cleaning the room or the customer, but it was noisy and I couldn't sleep more than expected from before 8:00 in the morning. Soundproofing may simply be a little weak. Others were satisfied, and it was a hotel that I could recommend to my friends.

The hotel was in a good location with a pleasant park next door and the citadel within walking distance. It is situated over a shopping mall which is actually convenient with a grocery store on the bottom floor. The bus from the ferry stops a couple of blocks away. Lovely bright breakfast room with good food. The woman on the desk was especially helpful and made restaurant renovations for us.

he breakfast buffet is a big plus, variety of food and professional service. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The big issue is the shower rook floor, slippery and no where to hold support. Both me and my wife fall though not serious. Suggest to provide floor anti-slippery mat. The bath tower has pink lip stick color on it. The hotel is very difficult to find. It is on up floors of a big shopping center, but no significant sign anywhere on the street wall. Hope the hotel could make the relevant improvement.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and caring, and made every effort to ensure we were enjoying our time in Gozo and at their hotel. The view of the Citadella is incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Friendly and helpful reception, clean and spacious rooms, elegant bathroom, and very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. And the buffet breakfast was truly amazing with a wide selection of cooked and fresh options. And all of this for an extremely affordable price. No complaints!

Excellent value. Location top notch and staff was extremely helpful. Rooms large and well appointed. Breakfast was very good. This is a much better than average 3 star property.

Fantastic hotel . Rooms immaculate with large modern bathrooms. Terrace also great with retractable canopy . Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful . I was amazed at the quality of the room service food - well priced and very tasty with very large and varied selection ( until 930 pm ) . Breakfast great and coffee good . I would def recommend this unexpectedly delightful hotel .

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel well presented

From the check-in to the check-out one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel for very long time. First of all the staff at the Duke Hotel was amazing: very helpful and courteous. Second the room was very clean and beautiful, but the breakfast was the top of our stay.

We visited Malta for a holiday in early July and chose to spend a few nights in Gozo for an experience. The Duke Boutique stood out for its location and choice of rooms. We went for a room with the hot tub and balcony which ended up being a great choice. The staff we incredible and super helpful! The room we stayed in was immaculate and provided everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a bonus too , with a great variety and selection. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in exploring Gozo on their holidays!
