Very nice and tidy place, but they forgot a dirty towel in the bathroom, a beer and a water in the refrigerator 😆

Self-service check in and check out. There was no one at the counter and luggage could not be stored. The room is quite clean and has a small kitchen which is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. You have to pay to use the coffee machine in the lobby. If you don't have big luggage, this is a good choice.

The hotel facilities are good. There are coffee machines and cooking stoves in the room, which can be used to cook food. However, the downfall is that the hotel does not provide room service, and no staff will come to clean the room. I stayed there for three nights and smelled a bit of garbage. 

The location of the apartment is very good, but the front desk seems to be often empty. When I checked in at 8 o'clock, no one was there. Fortunately, I met a tenant who taught me how to check in. The facilities are quite complete, with induction cookers and microwave ovens, suitable for tourists who want to stay for a long time or cook. In the end, I was very dissatisfied that I couldn't store my luggage because there was often no one at the front desk…

Excellent location minutes walking to Central Train Station. Easy Self check in at 1500hrs

全程自助，入住比較麻煩，但離火車站真的近，5分鐘就到了。

Everything is very good. Only one thing need to comment is hotel should be send the instruction for open the entrance door before check in in advance. Because some customer were during trip, they may be not able to open and check email. If you send the instruction in advance, it's help us easier when check in.

Eigentlich alles picobello. Mich ärgert es in Hotel immer, wenn nur 1 weiches, flaches und altes Kissen vorhanden ist. Man könnte ja ein 2. Kissen im Schrank deponieren. Musste mit das Badetuch als zusätzliche Stütze unterlegen. Sonst alles ok. Wenn sich das Kissenproblem lösen lässt, gerne wieder buchen.

It is close to Vienna Central Station and has a distinctive exterior. Everything was perfect except for the self check in/check out process which was a little confusing. It has everything you need, is spacious, clean, and new. We also have good security. I will definitely choose this place the next time I visit Vienna. There was a bottle of beer, a bottle of water, and coffee packs for the days of your stay.

It was a very comfortable place and really close to train station. Basic amenities provided with a complete kitchen. The only challenge was it took as a while to figure out the WiFi connection. Overall, I was pleased with our stay.

Good place to stay in a budget. I liked the location, and it was easy to get around from there. Clean space, but they provided only one super uncomfortable pillow and a very small blanket, so I had a hard time sleeping. I want to thank Renata for her amazing customer service. I arrived before the check-in time, and she was incredibly helpful & nice to me.
