When you open the window, you see a lot of cigarette butts under the window!

Tourist tax higher than the trip.com site provides.
Cleaning pointed to a sheet at the reception, on Thursday not done at all, obliged to ask for two towels at the reception.
What an inconvenience for this hotel, a service which is the minimum maintenance of the rooms to satisfy the customer

A place to sleep. That's it. Not in a great area. Rooms are tiny with no place for luggage.

I believe this accommodation is student accommodation which I did not realise till arrival. Our bedsheet wasn’t the cleanest with brown marks. The area was okay there was a Lidl 4 minutes away and a McDonalds 10 minutes away.

The room smelled old. The pillows didn't smell fresh.
The lift was not working and there were no signs on our floor was not working and there were no signs.

I got bed bugs. Then looked on another site and found the same review! I told the receptionist and she seemed to think it was normal - no apology. She said she couldn’t see the bites which is ridiculous -they’re absolutely everywhere. Please please avoid.
