Great hotel with a nice breakfast. Breakfast felt a bit cheap but many things to choose from

El personal es muy profesional y agradable. Todo ha sido un 10. En único "pero" que le pongo es que la bebida en el bufet te la cobran aparte y no está incluida. Las instalaciones, todas las piscinas y el servicio son magníficos.

The hotel offered a pool and close proximity to the beach. The rooms were large and perfectly fine. The restaurant however was like a camteen, huge space, noisy and serving poor quality food (often cold) a microwave is available to heat your food.

Beautiful hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Absolutely immaculate. Food was good. Pool was freezing but the slide was so much fun Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Lots of free parking outside the hotel, they also provide parking but at a cost. The staff were lovely, A massive shout out to Gustavo (KETTLE) he is a credit to the hotel, very friendly and chatty, and stood out from the other staff members. Please give this man a raise or a year supply of coke cola But on a serious note please recognise this gentleman as this is how staff should be.

Lovely hotel and great location just 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Hotel has a great rooftop bar with awesome views and the food was nice. Be aware if you are English that the staff can hardly speak a word other than Spanish as we found out this hotel is mainly for Spanish tourists. What you find out once booking is that there are no transfers from Barcelona airport and you have to arrange your own. All inclusive is between 11am and 11pm and is table service only which with the language barrier staff avoid coming over to you, drinks including water are also table service and not free for you to just get, so if you need even water after 11pm you will need to buy from a local shop. Great place of you speak some Spanish but if not you will need google translate to help you get by. We enjoyed the holiday but please bare in mind the above if this is going to be a problem for you.

There was an issue with parking which could have been disastrous. Evidently, if you book this hotel via an agency such as Loveholidays (who were brilliant too), you cannot book a parking space. Booking direct with the hotel you can. Somehow this information was missing and it nearly ended up very badly but thanks to one of the directors of the hotel magically appearing at the right moment, possibly Maria, we got permission to use the hotel car park for which we were very grateful. Once that was resolved, everything went very smoothly. The staff, facilities and food were amazing. I can’t believe how they catered for so many people, three times a day, producing excellent food! I did not get everyone's names but in particular I would like to mention for their helpfulness and friendliness, Eric and Aida on reception. There were others too on reception but no names. In the restaurant Natalia, Mariana and especially Noa were all wonderful, and in the bar on the roof terrace and on the beach, Joel and Martina. Again there were more staff in the bar but no names. The housekeeping staff did a great job everyday so that when we came back we found the beds made and the room spotless! This was a blind gamble which turned out to be a wonderful holiday for my daughter and me! Our thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our holiday an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Hotel all staff fantastic, lovely, very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Food not too bad a little of the same stuff daily, the room very small for 5 people all our beds had to be pushed together only enough room to walk past them as desk and so on and down side to get to balcony. Shower facilities are brilliant. Tv is rubbish only spanish or french and american news no subtitle facilities. Pool is freezing and the little pool scraped skin of my daughters fingers, very slippery on half of the pool as only non slip mats on half and a bad sewage smell comes from drainage near pool under the sun loungers. Spa is great clean and easy to use. Entertainment not ideal for foreigners Locals to not like english people and like to stare, they make you feel very uncomfortable, they are very rude no manners push pass people no excuse me what so ever. Does not tell you transfers from airport are 1000 euros and not included as airport 2.5 hours away. However if you need a dentist whilst away as my daughter did the local one was brilliant especially as she has autism they were great with her. I would not say family Hotel may be in the summer season but not october they cater for a lot of local retirement coach trips. We will not be returning to the town of vinaros again.

Booked this through a holiday app with flights ect. Very plesently supprised. Room very nice with plenty of space, TV & settee, fridge. Did have a small kitchen that was locked, but you paid extra for that (as for the safe) a lot of places now charge for extras that others supply free. Did have a microwave but no kettle, missed our cups of tea. Rooms clean and done daily. The food was excellent, great selection as good as most cruise ships. The female staff worked nonstop and quickly in the dining room, the male put him self on the counter and let them do it. Overall we had no complaints and would go back again.

We made reservations some weeks before, still we were assigned to this noisy room, loud disco music from outside. We were offered an other room but who wants to change once you're in bed. The breakfast was terrible, children touching food and putting it back. Men were required to wear a pantaloon during but woman could wear shorts up to their crotch, bon appetite! The hotel is for people with low standards.

A very good hotel. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food and service was excellent. We spent 4 weeks at the hotel with full board and can recommend it to anyone. Vinaros is a lovely little town with a great hotel Vinaros Playa….
