This is a lovely location right on the water by the Steamship Authority. It is convenient to quaint downtown Vineyard Haven. The staff is most gracious, friendly, helpful. Keurig coffee is available each morning. The room was clean. They are renovating parts of the hotel but that didn't impede our stay. Location is key for this hotel.

We had a delightful stay at Vineyard Harbor Hotel. Very friendly staff! Even though its an older place, it was very clean, roomy, well equipped, nicely decorated. Being there in December, we couldn't take full advantage of the beachfront. It must be great in the summer. Loved the kitchen and full refrigerator. Also loved the location: walking distance to town, ferry terminal, restaurants. We've been coming to the Vineyard for amost 30 years, and never knew much about this place! A great find!

When get a reservation, a warning in advance via email would be greatly appreciated about the dinner reservations so we could reserve in advance. One closed early like your front desk very early closing hour. We could not find any dinner place available because at least two were fully booked for reservations only nearby. We were starving and we did not have a car. We only come by ferryboat. We walked around further and finally found a place that is very busy and waiting in line forever for our turn to order food and bring to the hotel. Informing your guests of food in advance would help us make our stay more convenient.

Easy to get to and easy to get to other places on the island. Friendly staff and cleaner facilities.

The location and view are incredible, however, the room was very worn out and there was quite a bit of mold and moisture damage in the bathroom. The bed was also advertised as a queen and was a full, so we had to use the pull out couch to sleep and the quality of the bed mattress was so awful only one of us could sleep on it each night.

Amazing stay! Walking distance to town and the bus stop. 2 minute walk from ferry. Right on the water with the most beautiful views. The staff was SO kind. Would love to come back!!

Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely motel. It is situated in excellent location with its own private beach, right next to town centre and shops. Ferry terminal is a few minutes walk. Bus stop also next to ferry terminal which we used to get around the island, $8 for all day ticket! Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Fridge and microwave were great to have too. Also a nice little touch were the hot/cold drinks machines in reception. Staff were lovely and friendly and really happy to help and advise. Would definitely stay on this motel again if we were lucky enough to go back to Martha’s Vineyard.

The motel room needs some upkeep. The toilet bowl ring was loose, faucet leaking, air conditioner very noisy. Location is nice.

Dated but great location. Units have small kitchens and beachfront which are great for families. Small parking lot with limited spots; back-up lot is across the street and down a short road. Not convenient but location makes up for it.

A surprise finding. It was my first time at the motel. It was Very clean room, eco-friendly. Private beach, complimentary beach chairs, towels and other beach accessories were an added bonus. Great and convenient location too.

Loved being directly on the water. One of the few units here that provides this benefit.
