One of the bedroom lights didn't work. Breakfast is average, overall value for money is very good

The stay went well. I arrived at night and luckily found someone who let me into reception where I called a phone number and followed the instructions to check in. The room was large and the night was fine.

The front desk person was very friendly and pleasant. The room is great. Perfect for a long stay with laundry facilities and all the necessary comforts. For flying, it may not be ideal if your flight is early in the morning as the first bus doesn't come until 6 am and the hotel is still a bit far from the airport. Otherwise it was perfect.

What a disappoin**ent ..... So I can understand and hear the fact that this hotel is a 2 star and that the price is low .... But beyond having a questionable and stained shower curtain which dates a priori from the opening of the hotel, in the same shower a shower head that does not hold, not to mention a used disposable razor, left on top of the mirror... Yuck🤮. In the rest of the apar**ent, yellow traces of je ne sais quoi, traces of colored pencils are on the wall of the living room as well as a cleanliness on the floor once again leaving something to be desired. The bedding in the living room is soft and uncomfortable, not to mention the air conditioning which is not even capable of cooling a 15m² room. In short, a room in the image of a hotel oscillating between negligence and the abandonment of the maintenance of this one (broken decoration and on the floor and inside of the broken elevator). In short, if you really have no choice of another hotel or if you really can't afford a hotel room worthy of the name.... Avoid this hotel 😉

Pure sympathy

Hôtel appart city très bien situé a proximité de l'aéroport de Marseille. Personnel sympathique. Malheureusement l'établissement est vieillissement et un sérieux rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes est indispensable.

Spacious property, comfortable bed, adequate condiments for cooking, hot shower. Good WiFi, front desk available for most of the day & evening. However the curtains were virtually off the rails & the heating didn't work. Plus the floor wasn't that clean.

It's an old building in not so good shape far from everything, no public transportation and exptremlly expensive.

Pending transaction still reducing my available balance over a week later

Had to wait thirty minutes just to get the key. There is no human receptionist so you need to call and call until someone finally picks up and tells you a code to access a lock box with your room key. All this at midnight. Not good.

Stayed here twice, after arriving and just before departing. It’s convenient but very grimy and run down. Would not stay here again.

Listen to the reviews, don’t stay here. I was lucky and was able to call and eek out the fact that I needed to pay an extra 1.20€ in order to get the codes to get in the building and get my key. So inconvenient, so confusing. Instead of paying one, just one person to be at the front desk, they outsource so a person to answer the phone, if you are lucky. I had to help like 4 people who were stuck in the lobby and couldn’t get there keys. Oh, also my ground level room couldn’t shut the privacy shutter so I had to tape towels up on the windows so people couldn’t see directly into my room.

Property was clean and close to airport. I won’t ever go to appartcity again due to the lack of communication with the staff as well as the arrogance of the manager in charge during our arrival. If you arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have ALL the codes to access the property (main gate, door and safe for apartment keys) or else you will end up outside for the night. Also, make sure you make your payment or else they won’t leave any of the above for you. I had to find out the hard way. Never again. I’ll stick to real hotels with 24hr nice and accommodating staff from now on.
