This hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Lonely Tree, which is convenient for taking photos at different times. The rooms are all two- or three-story wooden houses, overlooking the lake, with beautiful scenery. There is a grass slope in front of the hotel, which is particularly British retro. The front desk lady is very kind and friendly, and parking is also very convenient. The balcony door in the room is a bit unsmooth and difficult to open and close. The shower and bathtub are shared, but there is no handheld shower, and there is no exhaust equipment in the bathroom. Overall, the shortcomings are not enough, and the cost performance is very high.

This hotel has a good environment and nice rooms. The only complaint is the limited use of hot water. The temperature was 3° that day. After the child took a bath, it was my turn to apply conditioner and there was no hot water. I contacted them urgently and they said that this hotel is an environmentally friendly hotel and the hot water is limited. I had to wait for 20 minutes to recover. However, I waited in the cold for 60 minutes and still had no hot water! I was so angry that I complained to Ctrip. The customer service was very patient and comforted me (praise Ctrip’s customer service). The final negotiation result was that I had to wrap my hair and wear a down jacket in the ice and snow. I went to another room and arranged a shower in two buildings! In fact, hotel environmental protection is not a problem. The key is that when you check in, you should at least tell the guests that it is limited to 20 minutes of hot water, or how much you use. I didn’t expect that a hotel of about 2,000 yuan would not be enough for a family of three to take a bath... This is the first time I have been angry and cried when I stayed at Ctrip in so many years. There will be no next time! By the way, there was a small detail when I checked in. I was queuing, and the front desk arranged the foreigners behind me to check in first. I asked why they didn’t follow the order. The front desk said that they thought I was not in line. Speechless...

When we received the room key, we were told that we had been upgraded for free. We were very happy, but we were also surprised when we saw the room. It was such a big room with so many beds. At around 9 pm, the child was taking a bath in that room and getting ready to go to bed. At this time, the hotel staff knocked on the door and said that we had used that room and needed to pay 300 New Zealand dollars. As it was already late, we were ready to rest, and our English communication skills were limited, so we planned to communicate again the next morning. The next day, we communicated with the hotel manager, and she still forcibly deducted the cost of one of our rooms. I think this is very **. Their so-called upgrade opened the other door, making us mistakenly believe that this was a suite, and forcibly deducted the fee from our credit card. This is very **.

A very bad experience, I do not recommend choosing this hotel. I booked Lakeview, but I was given the most partial suite. The hotel facilities are also very old.
