I love Hyatt Place hotels. The rooms have the extra sitting area. Rooms are clean. Easy on/off from 88. We did not have breakfast this time. Bed comfortable however the sheets were crunchy instead of soft. Probably due to excessive bleach. Small complaint because overall experience positive.

Room was nice, the bathroom door is so big that it is a chalk to get in the bathroom and shut the door. And there is a light in a plug in that flashes all night. It is distracting.

The bathroom not heated and the breakfast was very bad. Rather than that everything was good.

The staff was friendly, no problem there. However the place seemed a little run down. Not like other hyatts I've stayed at. I did complain, when i literally never do that the people upstairs were stomping around, flushing the toilet constantly, and used whag sounded like a drill on the floor right above me. I told the front desk and it continued, i asked for another room but that didnt happen. Usually not a big deal but for 3 days straight of not being able to sleep because of excessive noise was frustrating.

I wish there were more restaurants nearby..but there was food available at the hotel with free breakfast,

Central area for the shopping we wanted to do - Aurora outlet mall, Naperville, Fox Valley, and Schaumburg.

Breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit and every day there were different hot entrées.

Overall good stay! Room wasn’t as sound proof as I would like, because you could hear other guest walking hard in the room above us. We also could hear the toilet running in the bathroom. Also we had to make sure the door was completely shut because it would get stuck when opening and closing. Property is well kept and breakfast was better than other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. It's a nice facility that looks like it's been updated recently and nicely appointed. The room was ideal for me - it included a sitting area with a sofa and also included a desk for working travelers. I greatly appreciated having a refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. There were small issues like the tile in the shower needing to be updated and both the sink faucet and the shower taking a longer time for the hot water. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

It was fine. Only problem i had was how you can hear conversations on the rooms next to you. The constant foot stepping sounds if you had a room above you and the hallway noise. Marissa our host at check in and the bar was awesome! Thank you for recommending spot hero app for parking in downtown Chicago! I wish she was working the next day so we can thank her personally!

This hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Bed was a little lumpy and the air conditioning ran constantly and was loud. The breakfast was decent. They didn't inform us on check in that the room is only cleaned every other day.

The price was pretty good and the location worked well for what we needed. The breakfast waffle iron needs replacing immediately!Toppings other than syrup would be nice.
