Firstly, shout out to the Front Desk team. Julia, Adrian & Anna for their amazing service, remembering someone's name without speaking to them much is a talent not to be overlooked! all had great friendliness throughout the entire stay, thank you so much! Room was immaculate, Housekeeping team very friendly, Tea/Coffee refilled daily. Food & Beverage team also friendly, breakfast had a good selection and was never too busy or understaffed. Maintenance of the room very good, great water pressure and wifi signal very strong too. 10/10 recommend

Expectacular Muy muy recomendable

The location is a little far from the city center, but close to the train station, and the transportation is quite convenient. The room is equipped with a small kitchen and microwave, where you can have hot breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights. There were some mistakes in the replacement of room items. The hotel was short of manpower and replenishment was slow. It had to be replenished at another time. It is not worthy of being regarded as a 4-star hotel. But it’s cost-effective and worth recommending

Very good hotel, despite the distance - there is very good access to the center. Can be reached by train. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is clean. We were able to check in 3 hours faster, with no extra charge.

A new hotel with friendy personel.

We booked a suite and it was very nice and well decorated. I think this had been an ibis styles before due to the themed design (railways) which a Mercure does not normally have, but it is of Mercure quality or maybe even higher actually. The location is good if travelling and there is plenty of car parking. The staff were friendly and helpful in almost all cases. A good stopping-off point.

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.
