Is fine

Well set out hotel. Spacious room, Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good hearty breakfast and delicious evening meal.

Although we have Stayed in the premier room is many times we have always found the staff to be very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately this was not the case of all staff at Warwick. The receptionist was friendly enough but in the evening one of the members of staff, we found very rude and dismissive twice. We almost felt that she was doing us a favour and was totally disinterested in keeping the customer happy. Also, it was the worst night sleep I’ve had in a premier inn ever. The pillows were awful and the bed was not that comfortable which is a little bit of a shock as I usually very good.

Very good trip and a great time in Warwickshire and the British moto museum and the food was good as well.

We stayed here on our visit to the British Car Museum. Location was very convenient. Good car parking. Nice clean well prepared room. One minor complaint was the stuffiness of the room. The weather was warm and there was no opening window, fan or air con. We also lost £1.30 in the chocolate vending machine. The staff member pointed a tel number to call. The recorded message asked me to leave a number and they'll call back. We'll see. In the morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast in the restaurant. Would use again but hopefully room would be cooler.

I was extremely surprised at the quality of the food, especially for the evening meal. The selection was very good and the quality of every meal I ate was well over what I expected. The bed was the usual great quality that you expect from a premier Inn, and the room was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful location, the area was quiet along with the hotel. Food was of good quality, the staff were helpful and well mannered, and a great night's sleep

Stayed overnight at the Premier Inn recently. Room was very clean and comfy. Had a great night's sleep. Really enjoyed the breakfast the following morning. Lots of choice for cereals and pastries and a cooked breakfast. I'd like to thank Tracy who was so helpful and made sure I had veggie options for the cooked breakfast. She was so friendly and chatty. She's a credit to the team. We will be back 😊

Stayed one night whilst on business and the hotel was perfect for all my needs. The room was extremely clean and great and the service provided throughout was second to none. Breakfast in the morning was first class and the range of food was brilliant. Special mention to Tracy who went above and beyond to action all my requests whenever I had. Highly recommend.
