A very nice hotel, the environment, hygiene and service cannot be said enough👍👍👍comfortable, warm and romantic! The pier is very lively at night, with restaurants, roadside bars, ice cream shops, and bonfires that are unforgettable😊😊😊It’s fate that the Miami International team stayed at the hotel on the last night, and I don’t know which room Messi stayed in😅

Highly recommend the river view room (not a high-rise selection). It faces the river and has a great view. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony for free. The sanitation is very good, the environment is also very good, the dock community has dedicated security, free buses and a large restaurant area. There were slight flaws in the services and facilities. For example, after checking in, I found that slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, and I had to call and wait for a long time to deliver them. The facilities are all new and modern, but there are minor problems such as slightly low water pressure and difficulty in closing the balcony door. The room-type breakfast including breakfast is 80 dollars per room, and it is a la carte basis, but we were given free extra portion when checking out. It was super good, the taste was average, and the variety was limited but sufficient. The $30 per day (excluding tax) paid at the store is similar to the resort fee, and the benefits include $15 per day for the mini bar and $15 per day for hotel bar drinks.

We came to bury my parents ashes at Arlington National Cemetery. Everyone, from the Bellman who took are stuff up to the room, to the doorman, and up to Richard checking us out were wonderful, respectful.

It’s one of the best hotel in the whole country. I highly recommend the intercontinental in whatever city in the US after an amazing in the one in Miami, Atlanta and Washington D.C.

The hotel was very nice and clean from the common areas to the hotel. I had a great experience with every staff member that I encountered and everyone went out of their way to be more than helpful. It was a great experience and I plan to return.
