The hygiene is that of a motel. There is nothing special. The environment is good. The other areas are RV campsites. The overall look is good. There are cameras at the door. Generally speaking, it is economical and can be lived in. It is just suitable for living alone.

Staff were great and friendly. The check in process was smooth. Notified them that we were going to be late and was provided a code to retrieve the room key from the safe box outside the office.
The rooms were clean and equip with the basic necessities. Only complaint would be that the AC looked old and was quite noisy. But it was powerful and cooled the whole room well.

This is a nice park. The staff are very helpful. It is quiet with a lovely walking track along the river/creek. It is close to the city and easy to get around.

Beautiful setting, right by the River Torrens. With birds singing every morning (not so good if you want to sleep in). Cabin was small but had most basic facilities.

Obviously cheap accommadation also means lower respectable people with no value for other people whom are there to sleep. Rarely in the nights l was there did l get a peaceful night sleep without the tv and loud conversations without the whole night. I have ended up having to find more suitable accomadation.
Also I did leave my pillow there and left a message that l would be there the following week as usualy to get it. No communication back and no pillow. So dont leave any thing valuable as you wont see it again.

Very surprised with the state of the room given the small price I paid. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom was clean. The shower pressure was incredible. The location was convenient. After hours arrival was arranged and simple.
