Stayed the night for a quick trip to Lego Land. Right down the road from the park. Plenty of food choices around. Front desk was very attentive and friendly.

The stuff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the hotel was clean everything was a good experience

Nice hotel.

Overall not bad. Only complaint was on the third night water was dripping from fan in ceiling. It was dripping directly onto your head if using commode. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on duty and no vacant rooms to offer. Desk person literally said to place a towel on your head when necessary. Not appreciated.

A very comfortable room, lots of room, with good lighting, lots of plugs, comfortable bed. Annoying to have the fan go on every time you put on the bathroom light, however.

The hotel is nice- Susan the bartender is amazing and breakfast and dinner was delicious. The outdoor area is ok not many places to sit. Hotel sits on the same property as Hampton Inn and Outback so parking spots are limited if the hotel is packed. The area is under construction but there are plenty of restaurants, fastfood and groceries stores nearby

Everything was ok. Breakfast was very expensive so we did not eat at the hotel. There was a 2 hour power outage for an unknown reason after we got to our room.

Nothing... cost 2x as much just to be closer to the venue, nothing of quality. Elevators broken, loss of power, no parking.... take your chances with la quinta for cheaper

Everything i would expect from Holiday Inn: - clean - everything we need - affordable The women working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Id stay again if in the area.

Everything was great. The reception personnel were very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to our destination. I will definitely stay again.

Nice property. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very outgoing and friendly.

Property is located in a great location. However I was eaten up by BEDBUGS on my arms and the staff was extremely mean and rude to the kids on our sports team, a parent witnessed this behavior and recorded it to show the coaches. I will never stay at or recommend the Holiday Inn at Winter Haven again.

Parking can be a little sparse! Get there early! Red Lobster and Outback walking distance
