Holiday Inn Express Vero Beach-West (I-95) Reviews

Chipped furniture in room. Broken window shades; couldn’t look out window. Three tissues in Kleenex box.

The hotel was average, cleanliness, complimentary breakfast, room were space but I only gave average because the beds felt old and hard. I know traveling all hotels are different but this time the beds in our room were hard and made squeaky noise no cushion. Other than that the hotel was good.

Room smelled, very dark lighting, horrible water pressure and the ac was loud

The hotel was clean and a good location. Big shout out to the breakfast lady and the gentleman who was at the front desk this morning. We had an early flight from Orlando and I’d told her we wouldn’t be there for breakfast today. She asked what time we had to leave and she, and front desk guy hustled to make sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach. Housekeeping all greeted each morning. If I have one complaint, it’s the ac units in the bedroom. Was quite loud (though happy to have it on a weekend when temps were mid 80s) Well done to all the staff!

Nothing Afer I reading the reviews I was very concerned I found bed bugs was no happy with the hotel

Great location attached to the outlets and the Highway. Also good breakfast. It is a half hour to the beach though. Good value for the money.

Breakfast was excellent, exercise room was good, hotel shower was not clean, worse hotel bed I have ever slept on.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on the sidewalk we left at 3:30 in the morning to go home to sleep

The bathrooms caulking needed attention. It was not horrible but definitely needed attention.

Love this place… glad they got rid of someone at the front desk. He was so rude!! Hate they stopped serving bacon… lol. But you will definitely enjoy your stay here!!!

Had a water leak the hotel transfered rooms and took care of us for our inconvenience.

For the most part everything was clean and orderly. The AC worked wonderfully, my main issue was the water. It didn’t smell bad or anything, it just took a long time to get hot! Literally ran the water for 10 minutes before it got warm enough for a shower. The bed was a little firm for me but the pillows made up for it.
