However, we seem to perceive a propensity to complain against us, as even the last time he had put 1 because he had not indicated the presence of his children, which we then charged and for this he had given us "fraudsters". Despite this episode, after a very short time, he decided to come back. We are obviously happy about this, however once again she has decided to penalize us with a bad review despite all our willingness to resolve the problems she reported by changing her room. Response from Property: Dear Mr Mathew, We are truly sorry for your words, which seem decidedly strong and inappropriate to us, especially by virtue of the fact that there was no theft on our part. The booking you made was for 3 people, although in the messages you spoke about 4 people. You were notified of this orally and in writing, but without receiving a response. At the end, 4 of you showed up at the hotel and so you were simply asked for a supplement for the fourth person. No theft then and all the explanations of the case. Plaza Hotel Abano Terme

Response from Property: Dear Ms Hemzalova, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a room assignment error was made due to a previous change. As soon as we received your requests, we worked to propose an alternative solution, but at that moment it was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. After a couple of days from the arrival we could have proceeded with the assignment of a new room, but at that point you preferred not to move. Admitting and apologizing for the initial mistake, we did everything to try to please you, even discounting half of your stay. Obviously this does not justify and does not remove the discomfort felt, and we thank you for your understanding. We therefore hope you can give us the opportunity to change your mind by returning to the facility. Kind Regards
