We stayed at this lovely hotel whilst attending the Biathlon which is held in Ruhpolding every year. We had a warm welcome from Anya on reception when we checked in. Our room was on the top floor. It had a glorious view over the garden and up towards the mountains. Everything was clean and well appointed. The hotel restaurant was absolutely brilliant. We had dinner here often as the menu was varied and the food delicious, and beautifully presented. Marcus and his team could not have been more welcoming, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, including, fresh bread, croissants etc, delicious jams, cheeses and meats etc etc. Also bacon and eggs! We loved our stay here and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will return in Spring/Summer and set off on some of the lovely walks to be had close by. Also the local train service is excellent. It is only 50 minutes away from Salzburg!

Siamo ritornati in questo Hotel, in transito verso Vienna, perché ci ricordavamo la squisita accoglienza del sig Markus che anche in questa occasione ci ha riconfermato. La camera è confortevole e pulita. La cena nel giardino curata e la colazione fantastica il più buon cappuccino delle Alpi. Grazie al sig Markus e a Sua moglie.

Questo Hotel è fantastico, pulito ed accogliente. Il titolare accoglie i suoi ospiti in modo incantevole. Siamo ritornati dopo qualche anno e i nostri ricordi sono stati riconfermati. La posizione è ottima. La cucina è curata così come il giardino. Consigliato

Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr gut: Geschmackvoll, komfortable Zimmer, gutes Restaurant, Top Lage, aber in punkto Gastfreundschaft kann man mehr erwarten: - Beim Einchecken war die Chefin nicht in der Lage, die Daten aus HRS zu übernehmen und antwortete ziemlich pampig auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir im Vorjahr schon mal da waren, man sollte halt direkt buchen und nicht über diese Plattformen. - Am nächsten Morgen gab es eine Rückfrage wegen der Rechnung und wieder gab es diesen pampigen Hinweis auf die Plattformen, bei einer Direktbuchung würde es diese Fragen nicht geben. - Auf dem Zimmer gab es bei 250 Euro pro Nacht noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. - Das Restaurant hat an 2 Tagen geschlossen, dann gibt es nach dem (guten) Frühstück auch keinen Service mehr im Hotel. Alles in allem vielleicht nur Kleinigkeiten aber wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen, insb. seitens der unfreundlichen Chefin, schade!

Macht viel in Design - aber leider alles nicht sehr praktisch. Extrem kleines (vollgestopfte) Zimmer (Nr. 7), Bad winzig und nicht besonders modern, Dusche für korpulentere Menschen nicht zu schließen, für zwei Personen eine Zumutung, wäre als Einzelzimmer okay. Wir mussten Sessel aus dem Zimmer räumen sonst hätten wir die Koffer gar nicht öffnen können. Obwohl wir ausdrücklich getrennte Betten reserviert hatten, bekamen wir Queensize; die Reklamation interessierte keinen. Service an der Rezeption verhielt sehr arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit. Das Rufen eines Taxis war z.B. schon zuviel! Leider setzte sich das arrogante Verhalten beim Frühstück fort. Als Gast fühlt man sich hier nicht willkommen - aber Geld wird gerne gezählt!

Très bel établissement, une ambiance chaleureuse et reposante dans un joli village de montagne. Les chambres sont confortables, et la décoration y est très agréable. Chaque étage de l’hôtel à son propre style , et toujours Chic. Pour la partie restauration, l’assiette est belle et bonne, la carte des vins est au rendez-vous, il n’y a plus qu’à prendre du plaisir !!! Pour le petit déjeuner, tout y est… Tout ceci mis en place et servi par une belle équipe compétente et efficace avec l’humour qu’il faut...

Dieses Hotel ist sensationell! Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung im Boutique Style, individuell, extrem sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und zuvorkommende und nette Inhaber. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und das Restaurant ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Herrliches Ambiente auf der Terrasse. Die pandemischen Maßnahmen super umgesetzt, so dass man sich sehr wohl und sicher fühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
