What an amazing stay! A five-star rating is a must! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! The location is super convenient, a 3-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to get to the tourist attractions and shopping district. The front desk lady was incredibly attentive and checked us in quickly. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was incredibly soft, and I instantly relaxed. The soundproofing was excellent, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. A small snack was also provided upon check-out. The value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again!

It was my birthday on the day I checked in, so the hotel upgraded me to a suite for free, and sent me a fruit plate and greeting card, which was very thoughtful. The hotel management and training were very good, and the staff would greet the guests and ask if they needed any help. The hotel is very close to the Optics Valley International Tennis Center, and it only takes about ten minutes by taxi. The facilities in the room are also very complete.
