I accidentally left my watch in the room when checking out. Before I even realized it was missing, the front desk proactively called me to say they had found my lost item and invited me back to pick it up. The hotel's environment is also superb. The room was clean and tidy, decorated very warmly, making for a truly comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the transportation nearby was very convenient. Both the service and the environment exceeded my expectations. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again! 👍

This Atour hotel truly exceeded my expectations; I have to give it a great review. First off, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. From the moment I walked in, the staff actively helped with my luggage and even upgraded our room. We had booked a double room, but knowing we had a child, they upgraded us directly to a family room! They were also worried we might be unhappy with a newly opened hotel, so they thoughtfully placed an air purifier in the room. During check-in, they patiently explained breakfast times and nearby attractions. Every staff member had a genuine smile, and their perfectly balanced enthusiasm made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, maintaining Atour's signature cozy style. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even offered pillows with different firmness levels – I slept soundly all night. The room's details were well-executed: the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a lovely herbal fragrance. There were also Atour's Zhuju books in the room, making it feel very much like home when casually browsing. Breakfast was also plentiful, offering both local specialties and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and items were refilled promptly. Oh, and the 'Late-Night Congee' service was a lovely touch; coming back after a long day of sightseeing to a bowl of hot congee instantly melted away half my fatigue. The location is also very convenient, with famous nearby attractions just a 10-minute walk away! Dining and shopping options are abundant in the vicinity, and transportation is easily accessible. Overall, whether for a business trip or leisure travel, Atour is a very reliable choice. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious, the facilities are new and complete, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The staff service is intimate and the demand response is particularly fast. Very quiet at night, not noisy at all. It is also close to the scenic spot, travel is super worry-free, recommend it to everyone!
