I came to Wuhan for a business trip. The hotel has a good environment. It is located at the corner of East Lake and not far from World City Optics Valley Pedestrian Street. Check-in was quick, and the customer service girl and brother were very enthusiastic and attentive. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is served in the Western restaurant on the third floor. The variety is rich and is a plus. I will choose to stay here next time.

I stayed in this hotel once before and thought it was pretty good, so I booked this hotel again. The second time I stayed there, the experience was really bad. When I entered the room on the 22nd floor, I thought it was pretty good due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. I checked in at around 4pm and it was a bit hot in the room, so I didn’t care. , I went out to eat after resting for a while. When I came back, I felt that the room was still a little hot, so I called the front desk. The front desk said that the air conditioner could not cool but could only heat, and then offered two bottles of water by the way, but they did not. At that time, I did not even think about changing rooms. I thought maybe it wouldn't be that hot at night, so I kept the windows open the entire time and slept until 8 a.m. I was woken up by the heat two or three times during the night. In the winter, the room was surprisingly stuffy with no air conditioning and no blankets. I called the front desk around 9 a.m. On the phone, the front desk said that they had changed rooms, but they were about to check out and they didn't change. Then they asked the front desk to send two bottles of water. It took half an hour and another call before they were delivered. It was not easy to wait in the elevator and the staff was very mixed.

It was snowing heavily and I couldn't go home. I temporarily booked this hotel next to the company. I didn't expect to get such a surprising experience! First of all, the location is good. I have almost no commute to work. Next to the hotel is K11 Select, and there is Poly Plaza about 300 meters away. Shopping, dining and entertainment are all available in one stop. The hotel is newly renovated, with a simple and high-quality style. The entire lobby and the elevator hall on the first floor have a sense of design. Not to mention the front desk service, they are all young, enthusiastic and good-looking guys. They are greeted as soon as I walk in. Hot red date tea is served when I check in. The handsome front desk guy even thoughtfully helped me deliver my luggage. When I arrived at the room, I was impressed that every staff member I met greeted me warmly, whether at the front desk or in other areas. Because I decided to stay in a hotel at short notice, I didn't have time to prepare makeup remover products and contact lens cases. I planned to go out and buy it myself, so I asked the front desk where to buy it nearby, and it turned out that they had even prepared these in advance! And it’s provided for free, which is really considerate for girls who often travel on business! The room decoration is unique, the air conditioning and hot water are powerful, and the design of dry and wet separation in the bathroom area must be praised.
