The beds are super comfortable. The service is friendly and attentive. The breakfast has a variety of choices and is well prepared.

I could have done with out he big drain hole in bathroom floor of room 210. It was about an inch deep before you even get to the drain. It is located in a horrible place. Towels are scratchy. I have stayed in other La Quinta's before and all has been great. Not impressed with this location.

It took some time to check in because someone came to pick up meds that were left by another guest, and it was taking some time to find it. The light in the bathroom was not working. It was quiet until my last night and the guests over me and next door were loud. And someone kept going to the ice machine several times. And this was happening when I was trying to sleep. Most likely will stay somewhere else when I come back, since my daughter just had a baby and I can’t stay the night with them due to no space

We typically stay at LaQuinta because it's so close to our family when we visit. Thank you for such a comfortable, safe environment for us.

Dirty carpet and couch, ripped couch. Awful smell in hall and elevator. Poor customer service.

This property was pet friendly, had nice sized room and bathroom, and plenty of snacks to purchase. The walls seemed thin and could hear neighbors next door and above us. Continental breakfast was provided which was nice but not the best we’ve had. Overall a good stay.

I was not able to check into the hotel. The front desk employee was not able to get into the computer and did nothing to solve the problem. We left and went to a Holiday Inn that was close by.

Bed bugs my first night there I was on the third floor and I woke up with bites all over my arms trunk and back. I found bedbugs in the bed the next morning. The front door staff contacted the GM and my room was moved to the second floor, which I had no problems afterwards. I’m supposed to be receiving a refund for the first night stay which still has not been proven to be true yet currently waiting on ******* to get back to me

Property was very nice, appeared to be fairly new. The room was comfortable, had a couple of cosmetic issues, but no big deal. The breakfast was kind of luke warm, the Texas shaped waffles were a nice touch. We would stay there again.

I went during Thanksgiving and it was quiet. The check-in and check-out was smooth. When I go back to Wylie, I will stay there again.

Do better, La Quinta. We arrived at 4:30 and the evening shift worker told us that she didn't know if our room was ready yet bc she was late to work. She left me at the desk to go get the ledger. When she returned, she asked me to wait in the lobby. When asked how much longer it would take, she told me 10 minutes. We decided to run an errand and returned 20 mins later and finally got our room. The shower floor had hair on it. The walls and headboard were dirty and had scotch tape on them..? We've always loved staying at the La Quinta but this experience has left us very disappointed.
