We enjoyed our time at the Sheraton in Xi'an's emerging district. The room was spotless and featured modern furniture and beautiful hardwood floors. The bathroom amenities, including the shower and bathtub, were top-notch. Breakfast was also quite satisfying. Although the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, we found solace in a picturesque park just a short distance away. This area has so much more to offer, and we look forward to exploring further.

When booking, I requested a high floor with a better view. However, when I checked in, it was almost 3:00. I was told that the king-size bed room I booked was not cleaned properly, so I was given a twin bed instead. The view was also very bad. As a Ctrip Gold Brick member and a Marriott member, I feel that the service of this hotel is much worse than Sheraton in other cities.

Not very satisfied.
1. The soundproofing is very poor, similar to that of a budget hotel. The subway and light rail outside the window pass every 5 minutes and can be heard clearly. What's worse is that the cleaning and chat of the cleaners in the next room are very loud.
2. The executive lounge replenishes food too slowly, and you can't eat anything but drink a little.
3. The buffet restaurant is closed on Sunday lunch. My friend came to invite him to have a meal at the buffet restaurant, but it was closed, so we drove to Hyatt again.
