The room was spacious and the bed was big enough. The location was excellent, right next to a night market with street food. The beach was less than a 10-minute walk away, and the sea view from the window was lovely. Overall, the room was quite clean and had a projector for entertainment. For improvement, I'd suggest addressing the bathroom; there's no separate wet and dry area, so water gets everywhere after showering. Also, the refrigerator and washing machine had a lot of mold, so cleaning needs to be improved. Since we stayed for several nights, supplies should have been replenished daily.

The hotel has an elegant environment, free parking, very close to the sea, accurate room air conditioning temperature, rapid cooling, quiet operation without disturbing sleep. The wireless network speed is fast ． The front desk and room service are super intimate, and the smile guide from check-in to check-out is required to respond to the demand in seconds. The sanitary details are impeccable, the sheets and quilts are as clean as new, the bathroom has no dead ends, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are complete and advanced, fully intelligent, such quality and service, definitely worth five-star recommendation, will be the first choice next time!

The room is very clean, the sea view is very beautiful. Can see the stadium and airport from the room. There is no corporate lobby here. But it's not a problem. There is no room key or key card. Just contact the company provider and request a code to enter the room. This time I came to visit a friend. My friend helped me contact the hotel. I don't know how difficult it would be if I contacted myself. When checking out, just keep your luggages, close the room and come out. My friend said he would clear it for me, so I don't know the actual check-out process. So what kind is it? But overall, it's very good.

Love this hotel for her cleanliness and services. The breakfast is good and I like there is free washing machine n dryer as I stay for 9 days. Location wise is not near to central but still can get food around . I also like the heated toilet as is cold during this time but not all room has it so need to choose accordingly.

Honestly, bringing my kids to Xiamen this time and picking Pouton Seven Stars Bay Hotel was a pure guess, but I ended up being completely won over! I was worried the photos might be misleading, but when we arrived, the real place was even more stunning than the pictures. The absolute best part was the location and environment. It's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Rainbow Beach, and the sand is as fine as flour – no rough bits when you walk barefoot. Around 7 AM, I opened the door to our room's balcony and saw the sun rising over the sea, its golden light shimmering on the waves. My kid immediately shrieked with excitement, wanting to go to the beach. The hotel itself is also perfect for kids; with those blue and white houses and the little stream winding around the flowerbeds, my child chased butterflies, and I took some casual photos that didn't even need editing. So many people asked where we were when I posted them on my social media. Traveling with kids often means hassle, but this place made it genuinely easy. When we checked in, the front desk attendant proactively asked if we needed kids' slippers and toothbrushes. They also told us there were free sand-digging tools available to borrow on the first basement floor, which saved us from having to carry our own. The room was spacious enough for my child's stroller, and the bed was comfortable. After playing all day, we all slept soundly at night. The breakfast had a great variety, including small buns and fruits that my child loved, as well as freshly made 'mianxian hu' (vermicelli paste soup). We woke up late and arrived just before closing, but the staff didn't rush us and even helped warm milk, which was a huge plus. I originally thought a hotel that looked this 'luxurious' would be expensive, but it turned out to be quite good value for money. We didn't have to run around from place to place; we could enjoy the beach and stroll through the gardens right at the hotel. The kids were happy, and the adults could relax. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or looking for a relaxing vacation. Next time I'm in Xiamen, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
