總的來説還是不錯的，來過很多次了，之前服務都挺好的，不知道為什麼這次很奇怪，登記的時候前台像不熟悉業務一樣，不知道開哪個房間，入住後發現花灑的固定器是松的，壞了，空調也不製冷。退房的時候，我把卡給前台工作人員，他確不讓我走，一直跟旁邊的人強調，要看有沒有超時，給我整挺無語的。這種話非要當顧客麪説，不太好吧。而且我也很清楚自己有沒有超時。希望可以加強員工培訓和設施維護。
