As soon as you walk through the main door you’ll love it. It smells amazing the room is very clean and large. Everything brand new. Note that parking is about $24 per night

There was no WiFi available in the hotel. They said they were trying to get it fixed but nothing happened. At check out I asked for a partial refund, they said they would get in touch to arrange it but they didn’t.

WiFi not working during Stay，early morning too noisy at hall way，someone keep closing door loudly way, and not room cleaning service,even not change towel. Wouldn't come back and not recommend.

I would say everything was almost perfect..i immediately had a sleepy spell when i laid down in the comfortable bed..the only thing i would say was an issue was the water pressure did not get as hot in the shower..guest services went over and beyond to accomodate..anything they did not have, they tried to fix and were so welcoming and nice..very clean room and atmosphere

Great hotel BUT ..instead of charging $26 per night to park, why not add this to the cost of the room and give people a realistic idea of the cost of the stay? Very few people could use this aloft without transportation.

Welcoming, light atmosphere.  Fantastic service by Mell, Giovanni, Cesar and other members, all helpful and pleasant to interact with.  I've stayed at a few hotels in this area and this one is excellent for a short or longer term stay.  Also the more modern one in the area from what I have seen.  Thank you.

The exceptional: staff, modern design. The bad: no bathroom door AT ALL. I am not sure if this is only in the wheelchair accessible rooms or all rooms. My wife and I are private people. Besides privacy, it is cold in the shower when it is open to the room. Just a barn door would be great.

Stayed 3 nights. Very comfortable bed. We used the shuttle to Disney one day- all went well. Self parking fee seemed excessive tho.
