Hotel is up in the hill … so be prepared the difficulty of food availability other then supplies from Hotel … Service is definitely top notch

The view from the room was fantastic. The building seems old, but it was very clean, and the amenities were also great.

Located on top of a mountain, this hotel has a great view of the Kofu Basin and even Mount Fuji on a clear day. The Mediterranean-style building has a stylish atmosphere. We included dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious, so we recommend it.

As a big fan of Katsunuma, I visit the area twice a year. Looking at the night view from our usual accommodations, this hotel always stood out, and I'd long wanted to stay here. While I had high hopes for the view, what truly made our stay an unexpectedly wonderful experience was so much more: the warm and thoughtful service from the staff, the immaculately clean facilities, the incredibly comfortable public bath, the spacious and relaxing guest rooms, and the delicious meals. It truly exceeded all my expectations. The availability of a 'lukewarm bath' in the public onsen was another thoughtful touch, reflecting their meticulous care for guests. Often at hot springs, young children exclaim 'It's too hot!' and want to get out right away, which means mothers can't truly relax and enjoy the water. It's wonderful that everyone, from young children to the elderly, can enjoy and feel refreshed by the onsen. The outdoor terrace was also absolutely delightful. We spent time enjoying the beautiful scenery and feeling the pleasant breeze before check-in, after dinner, before breakfast, and even after breakfast. The lemon water was delicious too! I'd love to visit again with my husband, and perhaps bring our young granddaughter along next time.
