Comfortable stay

Overlooking Yamanashi City and Koshu City, the hotel is in the fruit park so there is no problem eating and playing. You can see Mount Fuji when you open the window. The staff quality and room hygiene are also very good. Very, very good.

Beautiful view of fuji

I stayed for one night (breakfast included) over the New Year period. The purpose was to watch the sunrise and sunset at Hottarakashi Onsen. It's about a 5-minute drive from the inn to Hottarakashi Onsen. There is a fruit park right in front of the hotel, so if you have small children, this is a hotel you'd want to stay at for multiple nights on a family trip. The hotel is very clean and quiet. However, the store in the hotel only has a limited number of items, so I recommend purchasing anything you need before checking into the hotel. There was a fence blocking the view from the open-air bath...unfortunately, I'm short and couldn't enjoy the view. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had a relaxing time.

Last year I stayed in July in search of peaches. The peaches at the peach farmer's market at this time of year are more delicious than any peaches you buy at depar**ent stores, and I think it's worth a visit to Yamanashi. By the way, this is my favorite, and I think that the French for dinner and the American breakfast for breakfast are very delicious. Above all, the staff's customer service as a hotel man was the best reason for repeat visits as Fujiya Hotel. This time, the room was a twin 36m2, a simple twin. The first time was 3 people, so we had a deluxe twin room of 46m2, and the second time we had an upgrade, so this was our first time staying at a standard twin room. Because it was on the 5th floor, the view was wonderful, and the size was perfect for two people, so I thought it was enough. The washbasin, toilet, and bath unit specifications are unavoidable for standard twin rooms. Of course, it's better to have separate washbasins, toilets, and baths, so I thought I'd be careful when choosing the next room. Now, here's what caused the tension. I don't have hand towels. When I asked the front desk, "We don't have any hand towels," a veteran woman replied, "We don't have them in the twin room, because the washbasin, bath, and toilet are nearby." Do you understand what I mean? Is there any difference in washing hands whether the sink and bath are unit or separate? Hand towels are supposed to be hand towels, face towels are supposed to be face towels, and the large public bath has five types of corona, so you don't have to bring a towel from your room, so it's convenient. , It's not a business hotel, and it's disappointing that Fujiya Hotel omits hand towels. I think that it is not ECO and is very cheap. I think everyone will wash their hands well even if the coronavirus reaches type 5. And I was most disappointed by the woman at the front desk who answered confidently without thinking it was strange. It's not luxurious, nor is it new, but it was a comfortable and favorite hotel. It's just a hand towel, but it's a hand towel.

I stayed here for one night, planning to go to Ichinomiya's Peach Blossom Festival in early April. The entire city of Ichinomiya was covered in pink peach blossoms, which bloomed at the same time as the cherry blossoms this year, creating a fantastic scene. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the city, so the view of the pink carpet of the city during the day, the park in front of you, and the million-dollar night view at night were spectacular. The hotel room itself was quite old and disappointing, but the food was beautifully presented and very delicious, perhaps because they had upgraded the quality. This is definitely the Fujiya Hotel Group. I got the impression that the hospitality was a little lacking in sophistication.

This is my second visit since I first used it in 2020. I also had the parfait last year without staying overnight (laughs). I was upgraded to a room with a classic hotel feel, and it was very refreshing. Thank you. We were not blessed with good weather, but for a short time while eating, we could see the silhouette of Mt. Fuji, and at night, the night view of the Kofu Basin from the wide window of the room was wonderful. This time, we had a higher plan than last time, and the sauce that went with the vichyssoise and fillet steak was exquisite. Usually, I prefer salt to the sauce that is beautifully decorated on the plate, but this time I even wiped up the rest with bread (laughs). What I like most here is the friendliness of the staff, as expected of Fujiya. The distance is just right, not too close, but the tempo of the food is good, and the timing of refills of bread and water is also good. There is no need to call. During breakfast, when I seemed worried about the wind, the staff immediately closed the nearby door without my asking, and I think it's wonderful that there are so many staff members who treat me so comfortably and stress-free. I also appreciate that it's not as expensive as a luxury hotel (laughs). There's just one thing: I was relaxing in a nice room, and when I went to the large public bath, I was surprised to take out the orange towels from the closet. I've never seen towels that were so damaged in a hotel. There were normal hotel-style white towels, but those orange towels were the only ones that left me thinking, "What?" They were so bad that I wouldn't even use them at home. That's the only disappointing thing. This time, I also visited a peach farm and enjoyed Yamanashi peaches along with the peach farm. I visited for the first time in several years. I also went to Hottarakashi Onsen, but it was crowded, so I was able to relax the most at the hotel's hot spring. Dinner was delicious, and the night and morning views were beautiful. It was a little hot inside, but I was satisfied because I was able to relax.

The food was delicious and the bathroom was comfortable. Than Nari! Infection control was more thorough than ordinary hotels, so I was relieved.
