一個人住，十分舒適，而且遇到值班的蓮姐，幫忙帶我到房間還告訴我如何搭車，有問題詢問都會熱心回答，煙台人真的都很好，下次有機會會再來玩

整體環境不錯 周圍環境嘛 樓下在修路不過也還好 樓下就是萬象滙 旁邊還有永旺 屋子裡也很乾凈 當然瞭如果扣細節 那肯定是有些瑕疵 但是整體值得推薦 如果再去煙台還是會考慮再次入住的
就是有一個問題 打掃完房間 開窗通風是好事不過要記得拉上窗簾啊

O 附近生活機能佳，有兩大商場。
房間基本乾淨，廁所無乾濕分離，無廚房設施，無冰箱。房東秒回訊息。
X 房間外的公共空間（電梯口）非常非常非常。髒。垃圾到處扔，蒼蠅成群飛。

房間的空調一點也不暖和 吹着吹着要不成涼風 要不自己就不吹了 房間的兩瓶水有一瓶竟然是被打開過的 兩瓶也不是同一個牌子 床頭都大片發黃了😖 之前住過一次感覺還不錯 沒想到這次住體驗感這麼差
