Liberty Kuşadası

I usually leave the review at the end of the trip, but this time I'm doing it on the third day of vacation. Pure ten. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. We booked a room with a view of the sea and it's nice to wake up with such a view. The room is large, clean, with all the accompanying equipment (a large comfortable bed, many towels and hygiene products and a hair dryer, a huge toilet that is beautiful). Every day we get clean towels and the room is cleaned. I can't praise the food enough. Every day a different offer, fresh, neat and tasty. There are also offers for vegetarians and picky eaters, and next to each dish is a description of calories and nutrition. Additionally, there is an Asian, Mexican and Turkish restaurant as well as a Tokio bar. My husband went to the gym as well as the massage. Not to mention that there is a section for children where they have activities all day. Every evening after dinner, a wonderful party in the theater. Every day is really different and fun. The beach is wonderful, and the pools are always at the ideal temperature. We have wifi even on the beach. We were skeptical because it's still May, but it's actually ideal. We're definitely coming back again.

This was my first time in turkey & it did not disappoint. The staff are fantastic. Bed is super comfortable. Hotel is luxury & so clean. Room is soundproof which is hard for a hotel to do. I would totally recommend it for families & I would return. So much food to choose from. Only people I saw complaining was from brits which they complain everywhere they go. I don’t know what there is to complain about cause it’s an outstanding hotel. Entertainment every night.i Only wish the wifi extended to the pool area for the kids if you wanted to give them a phone/tablet to nap during the day on the subbed. Ice creams available all day in a fridge for the kids to pick out which was amazing for parents. The kids could help themselves. Pretty safe hotel aswell lots of security around. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s amazing!

Family of 4 here. Awesome experience, will definitely comeback. I fet very spoiled on our stay here. 10/10 for excellent customer service. I was amazed how the staff handle the customers, its been a busy week on our stay here, but staffs remains composed and calm. Friendly and accomodating, couldnt remember all their names but to name a few are Singhe very helpful and Damla, at Tokyo Bar- she makes the best cocktails even without on the menu. Highly recommended Hands off to Senna at palm bar too, aswell as all other staff at the bars. All the staffs at ala-carte dinner, Dagukan the asst mgr. Baran at Italian restaurant. Can’t recall all their names but staff were magnificent The place is clean, rooms were checked and cleaned once a day; mini fridge being refilled every day. New towels provided almost every day. Rooms are big. Comfy bed and pillows. Internet access available 24/7. Different Shows every night, and also on some afternoon. I just wished people show more appreciation to them. If able, tip if you can Coming from England. You wouldnt able to experience this type of service. The reason why i appreciate the service much more. Hands off to the managament. I wish you all the best in the future. Take care of the employees as everyone has been working extremely well with passion. Hopefully, will be back next year for another 7 night stay. 5/5 for the hotel. 100/10 for excellent customer service

We stayed the week after the hotel opened, during the very busy public holidays. There was one really poor day where the hotel didn’t cope with the volume of people but this was responded to quickly by management - more tables for snack area and an additional lunchtime restaurant opened. Credit where it is due. + Rooms are lovely and clean, maids are wonderful. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Lovely view from balcony. + Pool area was nice. Cocktails provided by staff on roller blades! + A la carte restaurant food was very good quality. We tried all 4 available and the Italian and Asian were our favourites. + Pre dinner drinks in the Tokyo bar were a delight. Bar was quiet and could watch the sunset. - Service dipped when hotel was full. Had to go looking for menus/drinks/cutlery. - The beach is so disappointing. Not the soft white sand pictured but grainy and n it pleasant to walk on/play in. - Booked a late check out in the app but when I went to settle the bill for this on our final day the staff said there was no room!! Eventually moved us to a dingy, horrible ‘cell’ and still charged the full €80. Overall good value. Kusadasi castle and Ephesus are both worth a visit whilst you’re there.

First impressions brilliant! Welcomed with a glass on arrival. Rooms are big and clean, fridges are stocked everyday A lot of time spent at Palm court bar, the bar staff really friendly especially Sena nur, Murat, Gamze and Enes. Sena nur got to know our names and our drinks. The bar is open 24 hours. Entertainment is on point and able to cater for all ages. Kids club staff are friendly and welcoming . The staff and management are keen for feedback to improve the service. It's been a fantastic holiday thank you Liberty.

Had the most amazing 2 weeks stay at the liberty Kuşadası. The hotel is stunning the restaurants have lost to choose from. The animation team are outstanding Lisa goes above and beyond to make everyone feel included my daughter loved her. Jordan also was hilarious and so friendly. You won’t be disappointed from waterpolo , aerobics, darts, and music the pool is so much fun and this is down to the animation team’s hard work. The night time entertainment is some of the best acts I have seen on holiday. You can also find a more relaxed space in the Tokyo bar serving the most outstanding cocktails in the most beautiful setting. During the day we had the pleasure of being served our drinks from Efe on roller skates at the pool he is the most charming polite young man and nothing was a problem. For me I will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming won’t be disappointed.

Just had a weeks stay, booked after staying at liberty fabay last year . The cost was a lot less than fabay so we were not expecting the same standards but thought we would give it a try. Overall we had a great week. The hotel is huge and has a wow factor, however the hotel grounds and beach are quite small and there isn't really anywhere to walk around as it is in a residential built up area. Loads of sunbeds. Room - Special mention to our cleaner Serin, room was always cleaned well and such a lovely lady.My husband was very sick when there and she ended up coming back a few times until she cleaning the room whilst he was in bed which was appreciated. Room and Bathroom large and a jacuzzi bath, gorgeous dressing gowns and slippers and very comfy beds. Mini bar filled every day with fizzy drinks, water and 2 bottles beer. Couple of negatives - menus!! all on QR codes but it is frustrating just trying to read your phone all the time ! We missed out on so many cocktails not knowing what they were. Wifi very poor in snack bar by pool so waiters would have to try tell you what they had. Drinks were good, gordons pink gin, aperol spritz and prosecco were nice, cocktails excellent. have nuts available at the bars. Patisserie was nice but same things every day and be much better if they served some sandwiches & fruit pots. A la cartes, Italian was by far the best, food and service was great. The main buffet was not brilliant and far too hectic. Impossible to get a drink served here. minimal choice for fussy kids. Animation team were good, especially Lisa who was lovely and always chatting to us. Disappointing that an older kids club was advertised (13 +), DJ sessions and consoles on jet 2 website but this isn't the case. Nothing on for this age, my son played darts every day with the adults so they are included. evening entertainment was ok, very uncomfortable seating area and people who smoked and didnt care full of kids, it should be banned in this area when the disco/shows are on. Taxi to kusadasi 200l, be aware we got one out of the front of hotel who took us to his friends shop in the town, he called him and he was waiting for us to get out the taxi. We didn't go in the shop as it was set up. Very difficult to get a taxi back on a day when cruise ships in. Ephesus and horse riding on beach were great trips, the jet 2 rep Ahmet was a nice helpful guy. Bonus was the beautiful weather, 37 degrees in early june.

Upon arrival, check in was very smooth.We were told the times for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the main buffet restaurant. We were offered a drink straight away. All very efficient. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The same as any all inclusive. Lunch and Dinner was equally as good. Plenty of choice. Pool area all lovely. No problem getting a sun bed. Yes people go out early to get the ones closest to the pool. But we were not bothered by this. Pool bar/restaurant was nice, pizza, chips, burgers. All the basics. Service was generally quick. We only had the one day, where our order obviously hadn't gone through, how-ever, Baron the waiter noticed this after some time, so he came back to apologise and take our orders again. We found Baron, really polite and efficient. We also saw him in the Italian. Again, lovely. When sat around the pool area, the Hotel reps go around talking to everyone, reminding of the activities throughout the day and about the evening entertainment. We found the day activities enough. Dart, water polo, water aerobics. Even table tennis. The reps would join aswel. Music playing all the time. Evening entertainment was good, if you didn't fancy that, you could just sit in the Tokyo, or by the pool bar. Plenty of space. Rooms all clean and spacious. We had a sea view room, the same side as the construction work taking place. We never had an issue. Overall our experience was superb. We would definatley return

Having just returned from a 7 night stay at Liberty, Kusadasi I would simply echo the guests who have had nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I am not going to single out individual members of staff because collectively they were an absolute joy. The hospitality provided and the facilities are second to non. The Liberty is a classy establishment and I would go there again. The value for money is quite exceptional. I had nothing to complain about but would offer management an observation/suggestion to make one aspect of their operation just as classy as the rest. If one goes to the 24/7 bar in the foyer and asks for a coffee, it is served in a low standard coffee cup. However, in the main restaurant there are self service coffee machines. The cups in this restaurant are taller than a standard coffee cup and can hold more liquid. In England we call such cups 'mugs'. After making your coffee selection, the coffee machine dispenses a measured dose of coffee but this only fills half of the tall cup (mug). Of course one can repeat the selection in order to fill the tall cup but in the process other guests are kept waiting. Guests having to drink half a cup of coffee from a tall cup (mug) is not the best look for an otherwise classy establishment.
