The homestay is located in the center of Hongcun, next to Chengzhitang. The car owner asked me to park in the west gate parking lot of Hongcun, and then the aunt came to pick it up. I ordered food at the homestay at night. It is very recommended.

The quiet and peaceful environment ensured a restful and peaceful sleep. The owner is incredibly kind and warm-hearted, treating everyone with sincerity and attentiveness. He provided thoughtful transportation and directions throughout the trip, patiently explaining sightseeing routes and avoiding common pitfalls. He even prepared heartwarming tea and local snacks. His meticulous attention to detail and willingness to help made him feel like family. Conveniently located for sightseeing, the courtyard is perfect for relaxing with tea in the evening – a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. Laiyantang is the top choice for your stay in Hongcun – highly recommended!

There are just too many tour groups in Hongcun, so the only option was to visit during off-peak hours. We arrived around 5 PM, had dinner, explored Hongcun at night, and stayed in the village. The next morning, we left after breakfast, which allowed us to avoid the crowds. Overall, it was a great trip. Hongcun's entrance fee is reasonable and not a rip-off. The 30-year-old Huizhou cuisine restaurant we tried for dinner was also good. This B&B is very close to Moon Pond, and the neighboring building, 'Er Yuan', has a really comfortable terrace. Seeing the Huizhou-style architecture from up high offered a unique perspective. The owner was very polite, and the service was attentive yet discreet, which I really appreciated. Excessive enthusiasm can sometimes feel like an unspoken pressure. The decor is simple and elegant, without being overly flashy, and the price is fair. Recommended!

If you are traveling in winter, the B&B also has a hot spring pool available. There is a large lawn where you can have a BBQ or walk your dog. The B&B has all the supporting facilities, including dry and wet bathrooms, smart toilets, small refrigerators, projectors, and bathtubs. -

The interiors are full of charm, history, and character, and staying here allows you to experience the village in a much deeper way than a simple day visit. The atmosphere is calm, evocative, and almost cinematic. A very sweet detail: the property’s cat and dog are genuinely lovely and add an even warmer, more memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, romantic, and timeless stay.

The room is very comfortable and the price is very good. The boss is kind and patient, the service is particularly thoughtful, can understand the needs of the travel, will consider the pick-up, is a local aboriginal. All scenic spots can be answered in time. There will be a small trailer to pick you up in the scenic area. The service is very suitable for families with children. The homestay is very close to the parking lot.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the furnishings are more comfortable, and it is quite stylish. The boss service is super thoughtful and very comfortable. It creates a homely feeling for me, no matter how big or small it is, it is so impeccable, the price is very reasonable, it is recommended.

The room was generally nice, a Ming and Qing dynasty courtyard. I chose it because of reviews saying it was quieter in the back alley. The first night was fine; however, on the second night, after the Spring Festival Gala ended and I was about to go to sleep, the air conditioner unit upstairs started buzzing like a generator, keeping me awake until dawn. I was almost at my breaking point. I felt helpless in the middle of the night and couldn't bring myself to knock on the door to ask them to turn off the air conditioner. It was the first time I'd ever experienced such a loud noise from an air conditioner unit. Later, it was two units blasting at me at once. I've attached a video so you can see for yourself ੧😭੧ I told the landlord, but it was useless. I didn't hear from them again until I checked out.

The room was spacious and quiet. We tried all the dishes at the owner's restaurant, and they were all delicious. The fresh wild celery and bamboo shoots were foraged by the owner himself from the mountain; the vegetables went straight from the garden to the table in just one meal – fantastic! In the courtyard, you can enjoy tea and watch the fish in the afternoon. We were very satisfied with the service. We arrived late, and the owner arranged for a pick-up and drop-off. He was still cooking at 10 pm – highly recommended!

Although the downstairs is the Hanfu Travel Pavilion of our store, there is no noisy sound, and I also took a set of Hanfu photo here. The makeup artist and photographer are very powerful. Very satisfied with makeup and shooting, and got a lot of good-looking photos.
