The location is easy to find, the living is safe (next to the police station), and the environment has a smell in the corridor, the room is okay, and the soundproofing is average. You can hear the rooster crowing early in the morning.

1. 説是酒店，其實也就是高級一些的民宿罷了，千萬別抱有太大期待！
2. 停車場就是後院一片沒人管理的碎石子路，還養着雞鴨那些，一整晚都在叫！！！
3. 房間隔音差到離譜，隔壁打呼嚕的聲音能聽得一清二楚！加上停車場那些雞鴨的叫聲，汽車引擎發動的聲音，還有晚歸住客的聊天聲，根本別想睡好覺！
4. 雙床房的房間挺大，但是大床房真的很小，一定要選這家的，儘量選擇雙床房；
5. 衞生真的很一般，牀頭櫃旁邊還留着前N任住客的打火機，窗簾和牆壁也都是污漬；房間的廁所，淋浴房和洗手池是分開的，但是裏面都沒有層架，沒有地方放衣服，洗完澡得出來才能穿衣服…
6. 最後！工作人員的素質真的離譜，一大早房間門被工作人員拿卡直接開進來兩次，每次聽到刷卡聲的時候都已經大聲喝止了還是執着要開進來，作為服務人員，難道連最基本的敲門都不知道嗎？
以上評價，絕對真實，楠溪江景區很美，但是這個酒店真的令人感到非常失望！

酒店應該是巖頭鎮唯一一個正規酒店，位置很好，離巖頭汽車站、麗水老街和芙蓉古鎮都可步行到達。周圍飯館和超市很多，吃飯購物都方便。酒店房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，空調、熱水和WiFi都很給力，前台接待人員也很熱情，以後再來楠溪江還會選擇入住。

想不到小鎮上的酒店房間衞生間還乾濕分離的，設施齊全配套有點類似五星級，不過還得努力，設施還是有點老舊，當然價格低廉、距離老街很近，是有吸引力的，前台接待也比較熱情周到，停車場在酒店後面比較方便。

到楠溪江這邊來玩，不想住民宿，就訂了縣城裡唯一的一家酒店，位置還可以，離麗水古街不遠。
房間：衞生還可以，設施稍微有點舊，牆面有點發黴。咩有一次性拖鞋，衹有塑料拖鞋。沒有早餐，出門右轉五分鐘有一家早餐店。後院有自己的停車場但是沒人管，需要自己找位置停，有點混亂。

周邊維獨這一間酒店，沒辦法將就合一晩，我去温7天自駕遊，本人全國自駕都走了一太半，維有對温州這個城市地區作評分最差的，如果這個地區是這樣的服務意識，沒有發展！
