The staff was gentle and kind when checking in. Facilities: Very complete. There are many attractions to visit near the hotel. There are two Cha Yan Yue Se within an 8-minute walk nearby. It's really a surprise. The surrounding business district is very complete. I highly praise the Five Seasons Academy. The physiotherapy lady and the front desk lady are really great. The service is great, and the ideas are also very compatible. We chatted for a long time. For the service and facilities, I will definitely stay in the hotel again! Hygiene: Very good, clean and hygienic. The aunt is also very kind and cute. Environment: Nothing to say, very good! Very beautiful. The garden-style courtyard landscape design is so comfortable.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel service is very good and the room was upgraded. However, due to the rainy day, there was a small incident. The guest service manager Li was very friendly and considerate. He arranged breakfast for us and gave the children many hotel gifts. Before leaving, Manager Li and another colleague chased us and gave the children a Bandai Gundam (which they bought specially). Thank you very much! Next time I go to Nanjing, I will definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Regency!

The service staff is very nice! The hotel facilities are good, the breakfast is average, if it is included, you can eat it, there is no need to buy it yourself, the others are very attentive! Overall it is very good, the only shortcoming is that the shower room is not clean enough and needs to be improved.

The hotel is a garden with a beautiful environment. The front desk receptionist led us directly to the room and upgraded us to a deluxe room for free, which was very considerate. The room was large, the bathroom and bath were separated, the bathtub was also large, and aromatherapy sleeping spray was given before going to bed, which made me fall asleep instantly. It was a very satisfying stay.
