It was a spacious and beautiful space where you could listen to jazz on the TV! The kitchen is more luxurious than I expected and I would like to use it again.

There is no staff at the reception desk. You can check-in with the staff by phone in English. If you can check in early, you can reserve paid parking in the hotel parking lot, but there may be limited parking spaces. If there are no spaces, you can go to a free parking lot 11 minutes away from the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, and the environment is quiet

Old facilities, low price

Bed were not changed from the prior occupant so we needed to sleep in their dirty sheets. Not able to have a shower as the there were as well the dirty and wet towels, and for sure no soap. A room well prepared to be rented! No news from the reception till this, no discount, no excuses... Another detail, you cannot switch off the light in the bathroom, light ends after 15-20min, be patient (excessively). You can directly go to a first star hotel, better price, better benefit.

The place was dirty. The hours that people are available to check is odd. The emergency line doesn’t work. There was a door in between ours and someone else’s rooms. Our room door opened randomly at one point. AC doesn’t work properly. Not enough shower gel to wash a baby hamster. And small towels. No tea or coffee in the place. Water tastes dirty. Ceiling is cracking apart.

Kitchen facilities are very convenient. Rooms are clean and large. Rates are low for what you get. Zaventem has numerous dining options so not an issue that the hotel itself has no facilities.

Overall, good experience- wasn't the first time-. The only maybe improvement that could be made is availability of staff a little later. We almost missed the appointment due to unforseen traffic conditions.

Very good location for an overnight stay to catch an early flight from BRU. Spacious apartments with full equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 min. drive from Bruxelles airport . 2 very good restaurants a few metres away.

I've been staying there a couple of time over the last 6-7 years. The concept is nice, the location great, however the apartments are aging and would definitely need some maintenance and repainting.

Hotel was cute, quaint, quite and cozy. Comfortably slept 3. However, the matress on the couch was really gross so we did not unfold the couch. I could stay here again.

I like the presence of utensils and cleanliness. I dislike the staff who is not considerate of not asking us if we are a customer waiting outside the door while it is pouring rain and so much cold. She saw us but ignore us and went inside.

There was a little confusion about billing. It was cleared up once we showed the host/ clerk our electronic receipt. No problem.

Nice place close to the Brussels airport. Property was very nice, spacious rooms.. supermarket and pub close by. On the bus route. All facilities of a studio apartment like cookware and microwave.

Property was close to airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, Taxi's did not like going there and were expressive about it. Place was clean but we could here and smell the neighbors cooking and chatting clearly. The bathroom had an automatic light and fan, which was annoying because it took 5-10 minutes to shut off, so whenever someone used the washroom at night it woke everyone up. TV didnt work and overall it wasn't our favorite stay.
