The location of the hotel is very convenient for going up the mountain. The cable car is just a few steps away. The room is very large, and the bathing, dressing, and toilet areas are all separate spaces. There are two small highlights. First, the balcony has a good view, and you can see the activities on the square and the fireworks at night. Secondly, the bathtub is by the window, and the scenery is very good. (The bathtub is in a different position for the king-size bed and the twin bed) A not-so-good experience, the hot water for bathing on the evening of 5.3 was very cold, and the body temperature was only slightly higher than the body temperature, and it didn't feel hot at all. I guess there were more people staying on 5.3, and around 10 pm was the peak time for everyone to take a bath. There was no problem with the water temperature in the morning and evening of 5.4. I hope the bathing water temperature will improve during holidays with high occupancy rates.

It was busy during the May Day holiday, I understand, but the hotel cannot be understood by the guests alone. I went to the front desk three times to check in. It was okay. My only request was not to face the pipe. The front desk agreed very well. I reserved a room and waited for 4 hours to enter the room. I was dumbfounded facing the pipe and the building opposite. I reported it to the front desk. The front desk said that a group had arrived and asked me to wait in line. The whole family was exhausted and had to accept it. Fortunately, the room facilities and design were good. I will not come again in the future

The room is clean and the front desk service is super good. It is my favorite hotel every time I come to Chongli. My children also like it very much. I booked a children's room online for May Day. My family felt that the second floor was a bit stuffy. I reported the situation to the front desk and asked to pay more or lower the accommodation standard. I hope to change the room type. Unexpectedly, the person in charge of the front desk did not say anything. Without any additional fees, he quickly changed and upgraded us to an executive suite, and then smiled and said: I hope we have a pleasant stay 😀 Such warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time because I have left many good memories.

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large and the environment is very good. The front desk service is in place and check-in is fast. Wang Cheng in the lobby is very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. This time I stayed in twin room 8750. I felt that the layout was not as good as the double room in room 8828 last time, but it was enough. The bathroom was separated from the bathroom to avoid embarrassment. I liked the cloakroom in the room the most. It was perfect for putting down snow clothes and equipment. It was right at the door of the room. There is also room for standing boards. The room is also very warm, which is perfect for me who is afraid of the cold. If it's not enough, it would be nice if the water in the room could be hotter. The current temperature is just right for taking a bath. If you want to take a bath, it's not hot enough... There is also a 10th-floor bathing pool with a great view. I don't know it's the end of the snow season. Or what? It was closed this time. Although it was open last time, the water temperature was very low. One of the three pools was 25, one was 38, and one was 41. It was like raising the temperature of the pool.

Environment: The scenery is very good, you can see the snow field Service: The hotel service is also very good. The girl wearing glasses at the front desk has a sweet smile and is very kind. When I arrived at the hotel, I was upgraded to a room type. Unexpectedly, it was a presidential suite with 2 rooms. Unfortunately, I was the only one staying there. There are very few people at the ski resort on weekdays, which is good. It’s enough for a novice like me to practice well. I really like the last section of the Virgo, which is long and wide! I will choose to stay here next time I ski, I like it!
