"El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tienes restaurantes espectaculares alrededor. El personal es agradable y muy atento. La maquinaria del gimnasio está muy vieja exceptuando la bicicleta y la elíptica. Las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó a mí). NO tenía ventilación ninguna. Y las cañerías del baño olían muy mal, esto hacía que la habitación oliera mal siempre. También se detecta a simple vista humedad en las habitaciones. Pero imagino que es debido a que ya lleva mucho tiempo y les hace falta una pequeña reforma. El resto todo muy bien. Repetiré sin duda sobre todo por la ubicación 🔝🔝"

"It is not my first time in the hotel. The staff incredibly attentive and pleasant. The boys of restaurant always with a smile make you feel confident. I give them a 10 Special mention of the reception boys! ALAN AND MELANIE. Very. Professional, and they helped me very much! I hope to see them there always! I had a horrible experience with the washing service which was amazingly expensive, and for the first time they broke my clothes because they shouldn't put it in a dryer or wash it in hot water. The manager, Mr. Félix Marrugo, was very pleasant to offer a solution. In summary, the hotel is generally excellent !"

My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

Fuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento. Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!
