Great hotel great location always know what you are going to get at Premier Inn high standards through and through

Every time there is a wedding there there’s luck of service in the bar area and breakfast is not always great as luck of replacing  food hot or cold but in general is good when things are running smoothly.

Moldy roof in bathroom, cockroach in the room. Terrible WiFi. Would not recommend to anyone except for the good location right by the high street.

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.

The hotel needs some cleaning and renovation in the rooms, but the receptionist is very nice. I felt very well received. I recommend it if you need it in case of an emergency one or two nights.

The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay .

Recommend this hotel. I took the elderly in their 70s to stay. First of all, I considered the quiet environment I said, the service was intimate and helped with luggage. And the environment is quiet and elegant, I will stay next time.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

The hotel is just near by the airport. Good for transit or next day early flight. It also close to restaurants and markets. I will like to stay next time when travel to London.
