"The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the bus station, which is perfect for travelers needing to transfer, like us who did a day trip to Plitvice Lakes – it was very accommodating for our early departures and late returns. The room itself was quite spacious, but there wasn't much surface area to place belongings, especially in the bathroom where there was almost nowhere to put anything, which felt like a waste of space. General cleanliness was acceptable, but the details were lacking. I wiped down the heated towel rail and found a significant amount of black grime. The shower area only had a half-screen without a door, so the shower water completely soaked the bathmat, which was a bit unpleasant. There aren't many amenities in the immediate vicinity, just a few pizza places and bakeries. The first one past the bus station, along the street, had relatively good food."

A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible."

"The hotel is about 2 kilometers (a 20-minute walk) from the iconic church. The room itself was great, feeling very 'un-European' in a good way, similar to a nice hotel like Atour back home. The most surprising thing was the fried rice at breakfast! If you've just arrived in Europe, it might not seem like much, but after ten-plus days of Western breakfasts, that fried rice was a godsend. However, the hotel parking was extremely expensive. It was listed as 30 euros on Trip.com, but actually cost 35 euros. It's the most expensive hotel parking I've ever used."

Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

Perfect!!! Absolutely everything – from its location not far from the bus station, to the optimal level of comfort, coziness, and amenities, simply incredible breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! Even its slight distance from the center of Zagreb is practically unnoticeable – a 20-minute walk lets you get to know the city better. Everything positive said in reviews about this hotel truly corresponds to reality. Well done, keep it up!

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

Stayed at City Walk Hostel in Zagreb. It’s right in the heart of the city, steps from the main square. Pros: Unbeatable central location, super affordable, and you can walk everywhere. Cons: Being so central means street noise at night, and facilities are pretty basic. Great for a quick, budget stay!
