The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to address guest concerns efficiently. Throughout our stay, we encountered several issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. "The hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru trip.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by trip.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to trip.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast."

"Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5. "

"It is a very convenient furnace couch, a 1-minute walk from the metro station. The main street running under the metro is quite congested in the evening. Tuk-tuk is found soon. Clean room, shower temperature and water volume are sufficient. The restaurant is open at 19:30, but you can enjoy the local food of Hyderabad. Alcohol lunch is available at the bar that opens from 11 am. I was able to spend very comfortable."

"We had bad experience during this stay…we booked standard room where the washroom was bad, they said washrooms are same in all standard rooms if you want you can upgrade to studio cottage… we had done that which has wasted lot of our time and obviously money for upgradation … and there were no much choices of food in the evening to order we had to adjust with some alternative options of food… overall this was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay … i think people here has careless attitude and no value for customers time or money !!"

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Check in was good, fast & efficient Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times Could have improved on it Reception staff were helpful
