"Due to road closures, the car park was very difficult to find, we first went to the hotel, and was then given a map to find the carpark. It wasn’t clear where the carpark intercom was to buzz in. They also charge €30 per day for parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a car. However, it’s perfect if you’re travelling on foot. There’s no kettle in the room, but hot water is available in the reception/food area."

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, everything was perfect, very clean room , I had booked the superior deluxe and was upgraded to the spa room. Very pleasant stay"

"Mijn verwachtingen voor dit hotel waren aan het begin hoog. Ik had het geboekt als cadeau voor mijn vriendin haar verjaardag dus het moest het beste hotel in Breda zijn. Bij aankomst ging het alleen gelijk mis, volgens de boeking van Trip.com hadden wij een bad moeten hebben in de kamer, maar deze was niet aanwezig. Na enige hulp van Trip hebben zij mij wel geholpen om deze te krijgen dit vergde van ons om 10 euro extra te betalen voor het ''bad garantie'' tarief. Echter was het hotel hierin niet handig. Zij gaven ons nog eens een kamer zonder bad. Na nog een keer klagen en 1.5 uur verder hadden we eindelijke een kamer met bad. De kamer zelf was wel goed ingericht alleen wat minder onderhouden. Er waren op verschillende gedeeltes vieze vlekken te vinden die verdacht veel leken op schimmel. Verder waren de plinten en het portret beetje beschadigd. Helaas doet het hotel ook niet meer aan housekeeping en moet dit aangegeven bij de balie worden mocht je het willen, nu hadden wij alleen handdoeken verschonen gevraagd maar werd er maar 1 setje neergelegd en de vieze handdoeken laten liggen in de badkamer. Als laatste werden we eerste ochtend gewekt door het vele licht wat de kamer in kwam schijnen door de niet goed verduisterende gordijnen. Al met al is de locatie top en het personeel wel behulpzaam als het erop aankomt en lag het bed heerlijk"

"The location is nice, but you have to find the underground shortcut to the city center. We didn’t know this shortcut existed so we were running over the street before which is really dangerous as there are no pedestrian crossings. But make sure you ask/ find the underground shortcut for pedestrians."

"The hotel is really close to Eindhoven Central Station, which is a big plus. The room layout is fine. You have coffee, tea, cookies, and water at your disposal. The room was a bit dusty, though. You should be able to handle city noise. There's a bar, restaurant, and a 24-hour front desk. Socially, I think there are plenty of opportunities within the hotel. So, if you're traveling alone for a few days, I'd say you'll likely make some acquaintances or even friends. Unfortunately, I had an issue where they charged my account for my booking (which I had already paid for through Trip) without my permission. That definitely ruined my peace of mind a bit. Luckily, it was resolved (though it took 36 hours for me to get access to that money again). I haven't factored this into my rating."

"The room is small but functional and clean. I would have preferred a small fridge. The location is very convenient as it's just outside the center of Eindhoven. The parking is secure. To enter the car park at night, you need to use your room card. Unfortunately, this isn't indicated on the gate opener, and I had to ring the bell to get in. Super breakfast buffet! Flawless!"

"The hotel is onder renovation, no restaurant for lunch or diner. Dog is allowed, that is very nice! The room is ok for short stay! The breakfast can be better, no fresh fruit juice, not many choices... The location is good, near train station and center and a nice park. There is a very good Italy restaurant nearby! There are not many parking place, I mentioned in my booking that I would like to book a parking place, but when we arrived, nothing is arranged, we have to park somewhere else in public garage."
