The overall experience is very good, and the staff's service attitude is also very good. The hotel lobby is located on the 42nd floor, at the sky corridor, and the view is great. The atmosphere created in the lobby also gives a feeling of being in a forest. It is said that more than two hundred real trees were planted, which were hoisted up to be nurtured before the overall structure was topped off, allowing the trees to adapt to the indoor high-altitude environment, thus increasing their survival rate. The river view rooms face the confluence of the two rivers, and the room size is a bit small, with the washbasin in the bathroom being about the same size as those on airplanes, which was quite unexpected. The exterior glass walls have many stains, which are very clear when taking photos during the day. The mini-bar is very mini, but other than that, everything else is quite nice. The breakfast restaurant, 'Zhonglin,' is very beautiful, and each buffet station is also very special, each one a little cart, unlike the traditional open stations. Although there aren't many varieties, everything is made exquisitely, visibly fresh, and tastes very good. The executive lounge's afternoon tea is highly recommended, with great taste and a nice environment, river view, and the service staff's attitude is also very good. When checking in, I happened to meet Director Huang, who was also amiable and provided excellent service.
