Picking Fresh Bamboo in Qingcheng Mountain

Sichuan is famous for bamboo, it's allover the province, especially in the Western part around Chengdu and Yibin. While hiking Qingcheng Houshan Mountain, we saw some locals picking bamboo and they let us join them for a while. The bamboo is growing all year round at Qingcheng mountain and looks very good. It's allover the forest, but better go with locals for safe and good bamboo places. 📍 Qingcheng mountain is in Dujiangyan, which belongs to Chengdu. You can go there by train or bus.
