For the next spring holiday you can go to Qingjing Farm in Nantou county! Their cherry blossoms also bloom earlier (around the beginning of February). Just make sure you go on a bright sunny day otherwise the scenery will not be as beautiful. At the farm you can interact with the lambs as well as feeding them! It's super beautiful and feels like you're in Swiss instead of Taiwan! The ticket is also cheaper if you're student! I think it's the most beautiful farm view and sakura in Taiwan
