Honestly, it’s absolutely fabulous!! Getting There ✈️ From Thailand, the flight takes about 4-5 hours, arriving at Pudong International Airport 🚆 From the airport, take the Maglev Train (the world’s fastest magnetic train!) — 7 minutes to the city, super cool Accommodation 🏨 Staying near The Bund is great! Right by the Huangpu River with iconic skyscraper views. The night lights are spectacular Must-Visit Attractions • The Bund (Waitan) 🌉: Walk along the river, enjoy the breeze, and admire the views of Shanghai Tower and Jin Mao Tower — so beautiful you want to stop time • Yu Garden 🏯: A stunning ancient garden with a dragon wall and incredible carvings • Nanjing Road 🛍️: A must for shoppers! A world-class shopping street with neon lights flashing all along the road • Shanghai Disneyland 🏰: A dreamland, fun like being a kid again. The newest Zootopia zone is super cute! • Tianzifang 🖼️: A trendy art district with charming alleys, cafes, and handmade shops to explore all day Foods to Try • Xiao Long Bao 🥟: The original “Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant” at Yu Garden is amazing • Hot Pot (หม้อไฟ) ♨️: Sip spicy broth at Haidilao, so delicious it brings tears to your eyes • Yangzhou Fried Rice 🍚: A basic dish but incredibly tasty, a must-try Tips • Use Alipay or WeChat Pay — more convenient than cash, as almost everywhere in Shanghai no longer accepts cash • Download Baidu Map or DiDi apps in case you need to call a taxi, since Google Maps doesn’t work well here • Learn some basic Chinese phrases like “Ni Hao” (Hello) and “Xie Xie” (Thank you) — it helps a lot Feelings After the Trip Shanghai feels like a city from the future but still deeply rooted in old culture ✨ Great atmosphere, stylish people, and food so delicious you don’t need to add anything!
