Fame restaurant within fullerton hotel

Jade restaurant is located on the lobby level of the fullerton hotel. It's just behind the courtyard. Jade restaurant is a Cantonese restaurant serving dim sum and classic Cantonese delights. If you are a dim sum fan, you should come for their weekend yum cha buffet menu as its really worth your money. The interior decoration of the restaurant is a mixture of white and light teal, mimicking the colours of Jade. Many of the ceramic pottery that you see displayed on the table and around the restaurant are all made by the head chef of Jade restaurant. One of their must try is their shimmered egg noodle with Boston lobster and xo sauce. Apparently the egg noodle is air flown in from Hong Kong!
