Guangdong Private Hot Springs The temperature dropped over the weekend, so I immediately booked a room with a private hot spring and a small garden. The room rate also included two tickets to the public hot spring area. Leaving from Foshan, it took 1 and a half hours to get there. We arrived at the resort area at around 4:30 pm and soaked in the public area for about two or three hours before heading back to our room. There were even little fish nibbling at our feet, haha. My boyfriend brought a small barbecue table, and in the evening, we were in the small garden. Watching the drizzle outside while soaking in the hot spring, it still feels better when the weather is cold. Nearby, there are farms where you can eat eel rice, clay-baked chicken, and tangerine peel ribs, all of which are Taishan specialties.
