Enchanting Tranquility: My Visit to Cameron
I recently visited Cameron Floral Park in Cameron Highlands and was utterly charmed by the serene beauty it offered. The park's vibrant floral displays, ranging from delicate roses to exotic orchids, created a mesmerizing landscape that was a treat for the senses. Walking along the well-kept pathways, I found myself immersed in the tranquility of nature, surrounded by a diverse array of colorful blooms. The staff's informative insights into the various plant species added an educational touch to the experience, deepening my appreciation for the botanical wonders around me. Although the absence of refreshment facilities was a slight drawback, the park's peaceful ambiance and picturesque setting more than made up for it. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, grateful for the moments of tranquility and natural beauty that Cameron Floral Park had shared with me.

Colourful Views & Food at Cameron Highlands Flora Park
Had a short getaway at Cameron Highlands and we discovered that this place has changed so much! So many new spots to check out.
One of them is The View Glass House Cafe! It’s located at the hilltop in the most viral place, CH Flora Park. OMG! The view here is amazing! Imagine enjoying these beautiful cakes and drinks at the outdoor garden with cool fresh air.
For mains, we also had Chicken Bolognese Spaghetti and French Croissant With Bolognese & Cheese to refuel after walking up the 251 steps to this cafe. What really entices me are the desserts here. They all look so beautiful to the eyes.. Some of the choices we tried were Violet Fantasy, Growing Choco-Pot, The Mossy Forest Cake, The Flora Garden Cake, Bonsaimisu and Choco Garden. And all the flowers and deco on the desserts are edible!
Travel tips: To reach the Flora Park, park at its designated car park and take a ride on their pick up shuttle. It’s free with an entrance ticket. Entrance fee to CH Flora Park is RM50/adult and RM10/kid.

Cameron Highlands Flora Park is a captivating tourist attraction offering a variety of activities, from a sheep-petting farm to the renowned BOH tea plantation. With options suitable for all ages, it's a destination worth exploring.
Despite the rainy weather limiting our time, we found a gem near our hotel that captured our hearts. The park's charm lies in its magical atmosphere, with flowers adorning the walls, creating a picturesque setting.
For those looking to enjoy a romantic date, the park offers cafes and Picnic options for two (RM$288), although we were content from a hearty breakfast earlier.
Here are some pro tips for navigating the park:
1. Take the first shuttle to beat the crowd and avoid the afternoon rain/heat.
2. Head to the outdoor area (level 2) for stunning hill photos, but check the blooming season for the best experience.
3. Consider skipping the stairs to the viewpoint; it might not be worth the effort. (Picture 7&8)
4. Enjoy the indoor area with air conditioning and more mesmerizing flowers.
5. Unleash your inner child at the indoor treehouse, a trip highlight reminiscent of playground adventures.

A Crowd Pleaser: Cameron Highlands Flora Park
It's always tough to please everyone, especially in a family trip. However, the Cameron Highlands Flora Park was a win in everyone's book – even for our 2 year old niece.
Sure, the entrance fee was hefty (at RM50 per person). As we were coddling our empty wallets on our way up, a fellow tourist told us, "Don't worry, it is my second time here now! It is worth the money!"
And boy, were we glad we paid that RM50! We spent around 2 hours there as we had to hurry off to another plan, but you can easily spend half a day there.
Tired? There were plenty of places for you to stop by and have a drink and eat some snacks. Instagrammable? Oh yes! It took us forever to get a photo of that white stairs with no people on it!
The park is a little like a maze, but it's nice going around and discovering spots with beautiful flowers.
Take our advise, please skip Rose Valley. The animals weren't taken care of properly, and the air reeked of animal faeces as we entered. And we guess we were unlucky as well as not many flowers were blooming. It was unfortunate that whole place was poorly maintained.
