Tucked away in the Qinling Mountains is a fairy-tale homestay | A secluded retreat at Dao Ban Inn
The Qinling mountain range, majestic and mysterious, has nurtured countless lives. In this verdant land, there lies a secluded estate—Dao Ban Inn.
Design
The secluded mountain residence, Dao Ban Inn, ingeniously integrates the surrounding natural beauty with the local traffic culture, featuring an architectural appearance made of red bricks and green tiles, exuding a strong retro vibe.
Rooms
There are a total of 12 guest rooms in the inn, designed with north-south ventilation in mind to ensure that each room is bathed in sunlight. The duplex loft design is both serene and cozy, while rooms with bathtubs are particularly luxurious. The furniture in each room is made of custom solid wood, paired with soft cotton and linen bedding and vintage wrought iron lamps, revealing a unique taste in every detail.
Dining
The restaurant at Dao Ban Inn prioritizes purchasing vegetables and fruits grown by local farmers, ensuring that the ingredients are natural and pollution-free, healthy and delicious. This not only meets the dietary needs of guests but also brings additional income to local farmers, working together to make this land even better.
Experience
The open courtyard within the estate is an excellent place to enjoy life, whether it's holding parties, engaging in game activities, or tasting fine wines and dishes. The nearby stream brings back memories of childhood fun, such as fishing and crabbing. Not far away, an ancient bridge is also a great spot for taking photos with an ancient charm.
Surroundings
Driving through the 'Jiangxi Ying' highway exit, one passes a memorable golden landscape, where there is a legendary 4,000-year-old ginkgo tree, said to have been planted by King Wen of Zhou during his southern tour, the 'Divine Tree'. Despite the vicissitudes of time, the ancient ginkgo remains vibrant, witnessing the changes of history.
