Paradise Valley Agadir Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Trekking in the Atlas Mountains
Escape to the Atlas foothills for a trek amongst the rugged landscape of arid mountains and ochre-red rocks softened by lush palm and banana groves. Set off from the port, travelling by 4x4 on a scenic journey, well known as the Paradise Valley drive.
Continue on your way to the village of Alma, situated in the Imouzzer Valley in the district of Tazeroualt. Along the way you will take a photo stop at palm grove of Tamzargoute before arriving at the village of Aquesri, from where you will set off on a 2-hour hike.
Following your trek, proceed on foot into the valley, admiring the local flora and fauna before arriving at the botanical garden, to view the plethora of plants, used for artisanal extraction of essential oils. The Argan tree is indigenous to the arid southwest region of Morocco. This thorny tree has a deep root system that is well adapted to the semi-desert environment. Characterised by its toughness, an Argan tree can reach the age of 200 years.
Refreshment stop at Aromatic garden, tasting a Moroccan bread, honey and Olive oil with a Moroccan tea.

Valley of Paradise -at Daniels - Agadir Telegestion Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
A day trip to Agadir could not not be complete without a tea stop at Alma Local Village. We stopped at a local restaurant called Chez Houssine, a Berber designed restaurant. The tents are beautifully well decorated and it has a nice collection of Moroccan pottery products. I loved the place and the concept. I would highly recommend it if your leaving or entering the village of Alma.

National Park of Souss Massa Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Wonder through Massa National Park
The National Park of Souss Massa was created in 1991, on a surface of 33.800 HA. This park aims to restore the Saharan Fauna in the South of Morocco, it shelters 250 Species of Birds, 30 Mammals, 35 of amphibians and reptiles...
After a drive of 30 minutes from Agadir, we will be at the entrance of the park, where we will start by a visit to museum where you will learn about the endangered species (Scimitar-Horned Oryx, Addax, Dama Gazelle, Ostrich, Dorcas Gazelle, Bald Ibis...) before we start our journey in the park between these beautiful species.
After the park visit, we will make a quick stop at town of tifnit (Beautiful fisher village), before driving back to your Agadir.
Discover Tifnit Local Village
The village of Tifnit is located on a rocky point south of Agadir (45 km). This cove is known for its fishing activity, its blue boats, its troglodyte dwellings and its village made up of basic buildings connected to each other.
When you arrive at Tifnit, after driving a few kilometers along an almost deserted road, you discover an impressive view of the ocean. Stop by car to contemplate the landscape and discover this magnificent little fishing port from afar.
Tifnit is one of the quietest beaches and is synonymous with: swimming, surfing, walks, fishing and the fish market. Be careful, however, of the waves, which can be quite powerful! The stroll on the beach, at low tide, heading towards the south of the village is sublime. The particularity of this route is to follow the cliff long inhabited by local fishermen.
Most of these cave dwellings have been abandoned. But the view remains heavenly! It is possible to walk for several kilometers.
Tifnit is also a small swell surf spot with some well defined peaks, but often subject to north winds. The village has several interesting spots because the fishing village is installed on a rocky point. The south beach is also a dream place for fishing.
