I really loved the style of the hotel; it's very simple yet the decor is grand. It has everything you need. What I liked most was the quality of their desk, it's very good and convenient to use. The only downside was that the room lighting was a bit dim, but I just asked the front desk staff for a desk lamp and they brought it to my room within minutes – the service was truly excellent! This really highlights their great service. Getting a taxi here can be a bit tricky; you need to pay close attention to their online description which says it's in the same building as the Vienna Hotel to know where it is. If you don't look carefully, their navigation will stop at the traffic light downstairs without any further markers, and you only find signage once you reach the building. So, if you haven't been here before, you definitely won't find it. I'd suggest the owner put up a more noticeable sign, otherwise it's not very friendly for out-of-town guests. Parking is also very convenient; you just need to ask the front desk staff for guidance, and they'll register your license plate for easy access in and out. Overall, my stay was great. The main thing is that the price is very reasonable, making the room very comfortable to stay in. After all, at that price point, there are bound to be good and not-so-good aspects, but overall it's good, so five-star rating! The front desk staff's service was fantastic.

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

Our stay during this Guizhou trip was absolutely wonderful! The guesthouse's setting was incredible, nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The most delightful surprise was encountering adorable cats and dogs. Both the swimming pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water and excellent designs, making them perfect for a relaxing dip and some fun. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, and any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly felt a warm sense of belonging, just like being at home. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. The front desk service was very considerate. When we checked in, they prepared a small welcome gift for us. Seeing that we brought our children with us, they also gave us a cartoon room card as a souvenir. The children were very happy and asked to come back next time. The room design was also very reasonable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were very suitable for the needs, and the hygiene was also very clean. Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The room was spacious and bright with an excellent view, overlooking Dongshan Temple to the east and Jiaxiu Tower to the south. An extra bed cost 350 RMB and included breakfast. Room service was excellent; they provided an abundance of bottled water daily, more than we could possibly drink. The executive lounge's afternoon tea selection was a bit sparse, and wine wasn't available during happy hour. However, the lounge itself was usually quiet with few diners. Unlike a resort hotel with abundant dining choices, the main dining areas elsewhere in the hotel were still absolutely packed. Breakfast leaned heavily towards Guizhou cuisine, and many dishes were unfamiliar or not to my liking. Items like crispy pork cracklings and pork intestines were common, and approximately 80% of the Chinese hot dishes were spicy. The steamed bun selection was consistently unvaried, offering just pork buns and custard buns, and their taste was mediocre. After eating for five consecutive days, by the last two days, the food had become completely unappetizing, and I was quite tired of it. Despite the breakfast issues, I extended my stay for another three nights, primarily because of the excellent room and service.

The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust in the corners, and absolutely no strange odors, which made our stay incredibly reassuring. The bedding was so soft and plush, like being wrapped in a cloud, and I instantly relaxed the moment I lay down. My sleep quality was excellent! The biggest surprise was the huge bathtub; a warm soak melted away all the day's fatigue. The projector even came with VIP membership, so I could lie in bed and binge-watch trending shows and movies – it was awesome, a truly fantastic experience! On a side note, I have to rave about Guiyang's food: sour soup fish, Siwawa, and Changwang noodles were all delicious, every bite a feast for the taste buds. Combined with such a comfortable hotel, my travel happiness factor just exploded. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and taxis are also easy to find. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and being on a high floor offered a great view. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; both the front desk and concierge were excellent. The roselle juice and black tea in the lobby are local specialties of Guizhou. Highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, and housekeeping kept the room spotless daily. They provided a washing machine with complimentary laundry detergent, and the overall service was excellent. Nights were very quiet, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room also featured an excellent wet and dry separation in the bathroom. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. Our entire stay was truly wonderful and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
